Chapter 5

Brendan pov

(May, 8th xxxx)

Few weeks pass already pass since May came to our school and we only have 4 weeks left before school ends I want to invite her to the school dance but maybe another guy already invited her. 

She became very popular since the school party we had she was our DJ and she was amazing. since then we have throw 2 after the first one. Our school loves throwing parties for almost everything.

 The first time we party with May the DJ got sick and May replace we cuz she was so good at music and how she controls the light and music at the same time. (she had classes with a Dj in private)

She so cute and I wanted to tell her that I love her at the school dance but maybe she might also be the DJ or she might go somewhere else she had to DJ like the last party we had. People recorded her and posted in social media and then people started to request for her to DJ at the parties. 

She agrees on some of them cuz she also wanted to keep on going to school, people understood why so people mostly request for her in the weekends. The best part she gets from Dj is she gets well paid she can by a mansion with all her money. 

She also changed a little she dye her hair red and the tips black and now have her hair up in a ponytail and have bangs. Some of her hair sometimes covers left eye of her. 

I start heading to school before I'm late

class went fast like the others, now it was lunch time and we heading were we eat

"May what are you going to do for the school dance," I ask  

"well the principal ask me to be the DJ again," she said cheerfully

"yea your the best at that and who would of guess it that you will become one of the best DJ," said Jimmy 

"umm May we been wondering a long time why did you dye your hair and why is public you have a different last name?" asked Crystal 

"well y'all see I become really popular and now I'm in magazines and they go all around the world and I don't want my friends to know why I stop video chatting with them," May said 

"why don't want them to know?" ask Yellow 

"well I didn't want Drew to know and if they know they would have told him" she said as she had sadness in her eyes

"oh we get it anyways so you won't be able to join us at the school party cuz you're the DJ," I ask her she just nodded 

"don't you ever feel left out" ask Red she just shook her head no 

May pov

"are y'all ready for the school party and I'll add a slow song so y'all can dance," I said looking at Jimmy and Crystal. They started blushing

"Should we head to gym Brendan and Red before we are late like last week we were almost cuz y'all to didn't hurry up in the boy's lockers" I said 

"hey I could find my shirt for gym," said Brendan 

"yea sure whatever you say," I said playing around "well bye see all of y'all after school," I said waving at the rest and me Red and Brendan had gym this time they had enough time 

Class went by fast, class ended and it was time to go home. I said goodbye to my friends and started heading home with Brendan since he been walking me home since the first day I got here.

I invite Brendan to stay for dinner since he always walks me home. he agrees and we went inside 

 "mom I'm home" I yelled and mom came out 

"Hey sweetie oh who is this," she asks 

" Brendan, the guy that brings me home," I told her 

"Oh thanks for taking care of my May " my mom thanked  him 

"anytime," he said cheerfully 

"May why don't you go leave your stuff and invite him to play on your computer or your video games. While I finish dinner" she said I nodded and grab Brendan and drag him to my room 

"Wow May your room is huge," he said looking around my room I just nodded

"you have two closets and it looks like your bathroom is huge," he said 

"yeah but I only use one closet. I destroy one and turn it to a little room" I told him 

"look inside," I said and grabbing some clothes from my closet 

"wow it looks amazing how did you get 2 computers," he said shock 

"yea you can play in the computer or some video games on the flat screen," I said pointing was the flat screen is. Every time I play video games I sit on my bed or lay down

"I'll be changing, ok" I said he nodded before I enter the bathroom it toke me like 3 min to change. 

I walk and headed were Brendan was he was looking through my photos cuz I had my flash drive was in. I got so embarrass cuz he was one the one I was kissing Drew. 

"May!? I didn't mean to look through your stuff" he said nervously cuz I was standing beside him 

"no it ok" I said sitting next beside Brendan. We went through the photos and told him the story of the photos and then play video games I won most of the time. By then it was time to eat dinner today my father couldn't join us cuz of his work

~~~dinner~~~

"so May is this your new boyfriend," max said with a smirk on his. I could feel my face turning into 50 shades of red and I saw Brendan blushing heavily 

"no he just my friend and anything else" I said drinking some juice 

He left and headed home and I went to my room and lied on my bed
