Shay's POV
I spent the whole ride just with crying. It just hurts so bad to know I am not with Liam anymore but I know I must move on and live a normal life again.
"Hey, Shay are you still crying because of that boy? I know that breakups hurt but the most important thing is that you are with your family. You will find another love and get over him sister, don't worry. Meantime, we all will take care of you." My brother Ryan spoke to me and I just nodded and smiled at him.
"Okay, kiddos, here we are, in Nashville! Our new life just started!" Said my mum and then we all got out of my car to see one man waiting on us.
"Ryan, you are so grown up, it's crazy how fast time flies. And don't tell me this beautiful girl next to Ryan is my daughter?!"
"Dad?" I stared at him with a shooked face.
"Yes, Shay, I am your dad. That's why I wanted you to come here, to finally meet you and now, we can all live happily, as a completed family. I am so sorry for that I didn't meet you earlier but trust me, I was working on my change. And I still love your mum. I wanna be with you all." Tears started running down along his face and I could tell he meant everything he said. I couldn't believe after all these years, I finally met my father, Joe.
"So welcome to Nashville! Let me take you all to my house!"
As we were walking through peaceful night streets, I spotted one huge house.
"Dad, whose is that big house, is it yours?"
"No, darling. The Cimorelli family lives there, I know them very well and they are the sweetest family ever. You will meet them all soon. Look, there is my house!"
We entered my dad's house and I immediately went to my room, to search my neighbours, Cimorelli. I couldn't get them out of my head since my dad told me about them.
"Hello, cutie pie, I just wanted to tell you to not stay awake for too long because you know, then you won't be able to have enough energy to spend a day with Cimorelli."
"Okay, dad. I promise, I will go to sleep very soon, I just wanna see Cimorelli, you know for a good night."
"Okay, then I will join you. They are a really huge family with 13 members, 6 sisters and 5 brothers. But only the sisters are famous, they are singers. Here, let me show them to you, type Cimorelli on YouTube and choose the cover of Symphony because it is my favorite cover by them!"
"Wow, they are all so talented and beautiful. But wait.. who is this girl, her voice makes my heart melt."
"This is Lauren Cimorelli, she is the shyest yet but also can be very funny. And she and Lisa are the only sopranos in the band."
"Oh flip, she is so pretty, I wonder if she is single and into girls... Stop Shay, you can't think like this, you haven't even met her yet." I started my inner monologue.
"Why you seem so thoughtful? Do you like Lauren?"
"Uhmm, yeah, kinda. I think she is the most beautiful and has the best voice from them all."
"Aw sweetie, I didn't know that you are a bi. But don't worry, maybe you have a chance with her because Lauren is still single."
"What, a bi? What do you mean by that?"
"I saw you blushing when you saw Lauren for the first time, so I concluded that you like her."
"Really, do I? What's wrong with me, I was always in love just with boys?!"
"People are changing as they grow up. Don't worry, I understand you. I am a bisexual too."
"What, how come that?"
"Well, the reason of my divorce with mum was... was that I cheated on her... with a man. And now, go to sleep, it's already too late and don't forget that I love you, we all do."
I was quite shocked that my dad just admitted he is a bisexual as well and I don't get it how I could fall for a girl, for Lauren Cimorelli and I am kinda nervous about that how mum and Ryan will react to my sexuality but I am so excited to meet Lauren and whole Cimorelli family tomorrow!
