leah couldn't wait for saturday. she was finally going out with zach.
however, she had to get through three more shows first. after all, there were still three days until saturday.
the first two out of the three shows -- one in fairfax and one in boston -- were amazing, and it flew by too quickly.
but their next stop was the one that everyone had been looking forward to the most, especially corbyn.
radio city music hall, new york city.
**
"wow," was all corbyn said when he stepped out of the bus outside the venue. "i can't believe we're performing here."
the four other boys joined him, equally awed by the sheer size of the venue. sure, they'd came here before, but it was to watch concerts, not perform.
aside from madison square garden, radio city music hall was one of the bigger venues to play, and none of them could believe that we were there at the moment.
"okay, i know you'd like to stare at the venue all day, but in order to perform, you have to go to rehearsals, so, go!" tyler called, trying to push them into the venue.
snapping out of it, the boys nodded absentmindedly and walked into the radio city music hall.
"ty, i'll be backstage today."
he nodded.
i thanked him and slung my camera over my shoulder before following the boys in. i decided to explore backstage while they were rehearsing. from the dressing room, i could hear the music and always smiled when zach started singing.
that boy never failed to make me smile.
i sank onto one of the fluffy pillows in their dressing room, completely soaking up the few moments of peace and quiet before the next song began.
my back facing the door, i sent a quick text to zach in reply to his messages which went along the lines of 'where are you' and 'wanna watch rehearsals'. i told him that i was backstage, and told him that he could come and look for me when they were done.
as i hit 'send', the door opened. i smiled, and thinking it was zach, turned around.
only to see jay standing at the doorway.
**
leah jumped up at once. "what are you doing here?" she hissed.
jay smiled threateningly. "i'm supposed to find you, and bring you back to dallas. i've already completed the first part."
"like i'll follow you," leah sneered. "why aren't you in jail with your buddy ethan, huh? long legs allowed you to get away?"
smirking, jay took a step closer to leah. "i'm smarter than ethan, and we both know it."
"yeah, well, i'll give you that. but to be one of his friends, you can't be really smart, either."
the next song, hooked, had started playing. leah heard jack start singing, and she wished she could have one of the boys by her side right now.
