-Chapter 7-

The second I walked into the detention I noticed the lack of people. Haze and I better not be the only ones, I've had enough of him to last me a lifetime.

Haze walks right behind me, acting a lot like a body guard. I roll my eyes.

I sit in the middle of the room and am not surprised when Haze sits on the table next over. I lie my head on the cool table and wait for the teacher to come in. The door opens and when I look up to face the teacher I notice that it's instead a student.

Their blonde hair flicks over their face into their bright blue eyes and for a moment I can't stop myself from looking. They smile wide when they notice my stair and sit on the other side of me.

The teacher, an old lady with grey hair and big body walks in and sits down on the chair, leaning back so far I wouldn't be surprised if she fell off, or if the chair snapped.

"Three rules; no talking, no leaving and no moving around." She says, bored.

I sit there in silence, feeling both sets of eyes on me from either side. I sigh quietly and jump in fright when the teacher stands.

"I'm trusting you three here alone, no funny business." She says, "I'll be back to let you go when lunch is over." Then she's gone.

I close my eyes and a minute later I open them to find the blonde boy sitting on my desk, staring down at me. "I haven't seen you around before; are you new?" He asks, his voice somewhat scratching and annoying to listen to.

Crossing my arms I glare at him, "No, I've been here all of my life."

"Well I would have remembered if I saw someone like you." He says, winking. "The name's Albin by the way."

"Yeah, he didn't ask." Haze growls, pushing him away from my desk with a hand to his chest and standing between us.

They glare at each other silently. "Why do you care so much?" Albin says.

"Just stay away from him, he's not yours. He's mine." Haze says and I roll my eyes.

"Actually, I'm no one's." I add but they both ignore me.

"I don't see your name anywhere on him." He even walks around Haze and grabs my head, moving it side to side and up and down, making the show of searching.

I slap his hand away. . "Both of you cut it out, right now!" God, I'm sounding more like my mother by the minute.

I stand and push them both away from each other by the chest. I can feel the muscles under their shirts.

Hot.

I shake my head mentally and pull my hands back to my sides. "We don't need any more detentions than we already have."

Surprise, surprise. They ignore me, yet again. "I could do whatever I want with him." Albin says, cockily.

Haze's eyes turn demonic. "I'd like to see you try. If you touch one hair on his head I'll rip your balls off and feed them to you."

As if testing Haze's seriousness Albin pulls me to his body, forcing his lips against mine. Before I can do anything a loud 'wack' sounds throughout the room and when I come out of the shock of the kiss I notice the two bodies tangled on the floor.

I stand back as they throw punch after punch at each other, Albin losing by a mile. I watch in utter silence, too scared to do anything. I've never been this close to a real fight before and everything about it scares me.

They hit tables and chairs, knocking them over. Push work and books aside, leaving them to scatter on the ground and small spots of blood fall onto the floor. I notice that more than anything. The redness and thickness of the blood droplets.
