Hey guys! So I kind of forgot about the prompts... heh...

But if you don't know, Wattpad is throwing a Halloween frightmare fest thing and there's a writing prompt competition thing (apparently a lot of things going on). So here it is! (If you wanna add the book to your library, I don't know how to link on phone so just search it XD)
Warning: extended version is much better than shortened version xD
Extended Version
You open the door to a group of three trick-or-treaters. Slowly, the one at the very back removes their mask...
"No..." you mumble to yourself. Not yet...
"Trick or treat?" The other children exclaim. You heard them, but your brain didn't have room to process it as fear clouded your memory, spreading and infecting every cell like cancer and darkening your mind like a black thundercloud.
Not knowing what to do, you stutter, "T-treat." You drop the bowl of candy on the porch outside and slam the door shut, locking it.
"I was asking if *you* wanted a trick or a treat, silly. Since you gave me the treat, I guess you'll get the trick!"
Frozen in fear, you slowly turn around to see the child who has been threatening you your entire life. You knew this day would come eventually, but you didn't know it would be so soon.
"Don't worry, the ghost world is great once you get used to it!" you hear before dark spots cloud your vision and you drop dead on the floor.
Shortened version
