Mercurial's P.O.V

As much as I can see is nothing. Everything around the complex of this dimension is filled with mortals...

And they must not see that I'm a horrible entity that had just popped out of nowhere. So that, I sought the freshest corpse, sniffing like a snake and a lion.

Until I smelled a faint whisper of death.

That was on a structure that had a inscription above the door.

HOSPITAL, it red.

I sneaked to the shadows, blending as I reached the very cold portion of the whole block. Gladly, I saw no one inside the dark corridors. Nonetheless, I smiled as I saw a figure laying dead, but it was still intact.

I looked to her pale face. Her eyes were closed as her lips turned to pale blue, her skin was white as a snow and her hair had a red shade.

Arise... for the Guardian of the Dark Realm needed of your service! I chanted.

My body glowed as the dead body absorbed me. Inch by inch, I re-awakened her senses. Evidently from all those signs, was her eyes opening up. I find myself staring above the bright light, and I tried to stand up.

Among the clear shards that surround me, I saw my grey eyes alive, and my lips curled into a grim smile. I reached the door and opened it.

I am a mortal now. No one can stop the Guardian of the Dark Realm!
