Chapter 9: meeting my idol

A/N: sorry I haven't been able to update has writers block but seeing as some youtubers haven't been mentioned I thought I would introduce Jess' idol in this chapter ENJOY

JESS POV

After the meet up I went back to my room and began I film a video where I would talk about my experience at Vidcon including the meet up that just happened :). I filmed the introduction and the ending of the video as I couldn't do the rest of it as I didn't have the footage yet and it's like only the second day and the first proper day of the event.

I meet up with my friends in Zoe and Alfie's room, when I looked over to the corner and saw the one and only EBONY DAY, she is the main reason I began posting covers on youtube as well as covering one of her songs off of her EP. I stayed calm and collected until we made eye contact with each other but I looked away before I could embarrass myself infront of her.

EBONY POV

Me and my friend arrived at this room party in Zoe and Alfie's room and I stood in the corner talking to some other youtubers that I hadn't met before as they live in America and different parts of the UK to me.

I got out my phone and snapped a selfie with another youtuber I hadn't met before and as I put my phone away and looked up I noticed someone looking at me. I recognised them as I watched her on YouTube.

As I began to walk over to her she looked down like she didn't want to speak to me but I still went over anyway.

JESS POV

I was still looking down for a couple of minutes as I looked up I saw Ebony walk towards me but I looked straight back down looking like I didn't want to speak to her because I wouldn't know what to say.
