I laid there in the hospital bed smiling from ear to ear I've been waiting forever for this day to come and it's finally here my son is finally here I cannot wait until his big sister meets him. As y'all know Dave and I have been separated for a few months now and I feel good. He's still been doing his job as a father and he's been here with me every step of the way.
"Damn girl let me hold my son you hogging him." Dave said rolling his eyes and grabbing him out my arms.
"Nigga I pushed him out I can hold him all I want kiss my ass" I laid their starring at them my handsome boys well boy cause Dave is not mines.
"So since he's here now can we work on us?" Dave said smiling at him.
"No, I think it's best we keep things the way they are now I'm finally happy your not going to mess that up.
As bad I do want to work things out with Dave I just can't give in that easy he needs to feel how it is to be without me. Yes I love him deeply but I'm tired of feeling like I'm in this shit alone. Maybe in a few years we can get it right or maybe in a few years it'll be to late who knows. But for now I have to focus on my son.
