The next morning Emily was awoken by her alarm clock. She hit the off button and stumbled out of bed. She grabbed a pink shirt and jeans and headed to the bathroom. As she walked past the living room she saw Darren sitting on the couch, watching the news. "Good morning, Emi." Darren said. "Morning." Emily said, and rushed into the bathroom. She locked the door behind her, and grabbed a towel. She hung the towel on the rack by the shower. She set her clothes on the shelf and got undressed. She then hopped in the warm shower.

After her shower she put on her clothes and brushed her hair. She put her hair up into a ponytail and brushed her teeth. She unlocked the bathroom door and exited the bathroom. She quickly made her way to her bedroom.

Once in her bedroom she put on deodorant and sprayed a squirt of perfume. She grabbed her fuzzy pink jacket and threw on some socks and her Nike's.

She went to the kitchen and got a poptart. She went back to her room and sat on her bed. She turned on her TV and watched Disney channel. After eating her poptart she made her bed.

Emily saw the time and turned her TV off. She checked her backpack and made sure her homework was in there, which it was, and got her binder, since it can't fit into her bag, she grabbed her flute as well. She tidied up her room and wiped her nightstand with a wipe. Emily also has a puppy named, Barlow. "Barlow, come on, I have to leave soon." Emily said, trying to get Barlow off her bed. Emily walked over to her bed and picked Barlow up. Emily then put Barlow in her cage and gave her a treat. Emily put her bag on her back and grabbed her binder and flute. She checked the time once again.

Emily still had 4 more minutes until she was supposed to leave. Emily didn't want to be in the house with Darren any longer so she left early to her bus stop.

"I'm going to my bus stop." Emily said to Darren. "Okay bye kiddo." Darren said. "Bye." Emily said, walking out the door, grabbing her key.

Emily walked to her bus stop, which is only 2 minutes away.

Emily got to her bus stop and decided to walk around her neighborhood until 8:39, because her bus came at 8:41.

Emily's bus came a bit late. "Good morning sweetie." Her bus druver, Ms. Cheryl said. "Morning Ms. Cheryl." Emily said and sat in the 4th seat, her assigned seat.

They had picked up the other 5 kids and they were on their way to school.

9:00

Emily walked through the school, making her way to homeroom. Emily had spotted her friend, Brooke. "Brooke!" Emily yelled. Brooke turned around and waved to emily. Emily ran up to Brooke. "Hey Emily." Brooke's friend, Ryanne, said. "Hi, Ryanne." Emily said. "So somebody said that you called Johnny cute." Ryanne said, Johnny is Ryanne's boyfriend. "Yeah, I've heard that too, from like 6 people." Brooke said. "I never said that." Emily said. Brooke and Ryanne started talking and Emily tried to tell Ryanne that she doesn't even know Johnny. "Emily just stop! She's had a tough night!" Brooke yelled at Emily. At that moment emily just wanted to fall down and cry. "Oh, o-okay." Emily said, rushing ahead of Ryanne and brooke.

Emily went to homeroom and sat down at her table, with her head down. Shortly after, Brooke came in and asked Emily what's wrong. Emily of course said nothing, she didn't want brooke to feel bad.

The rest of the day went by smoothly. Emily wanted to go home to sleep, but little did she know if she went home, her whole life would change.
