Jem's POV

"Have you made your decison" Zeus boomed.

"Yes lord Zeus" Annabeth called "We'd all like to have a chance at regular mortal life"

"Well" Zeus stroked his beard. Then he raised his hands and snapped his fingers. "The gods were expecting you to ask for this. We took the liberty of preparing you a special house near to your school"

"School" I wish that I had a camera to capture the look on Percy's face "That's not exactly what we meant"

"Hahaha" Laughed Zeus "You asked to live like regular mortals so you have to go to school"

Then he snapped his fingers again and the world melted into darkness...

The house was amazing. I had seen the White House before and I have to say this was simmalar. It looked like a mansion that had fused with the parthenon.

"Did Annabeth design this?" I wondered out loud.

"What makes you say that?" Annabeth asked, blushing.

"Me not thinking about whether I'm thinking about something or saying it"

"Oh"

I reached into my jeans pocket and found what felt like a credit card. I pulled it out, enscribed on it was the word Demi-Card. On impulse I walked up to the door. Instead of a normal lock there was a card slot. I slid the Demi-Card into it. I waited for a second and then the lock beeped. I pushed the handle down and the door swung open.

"Woah" Was all I could say. We walked in and gawked at the house that the gods had made for us. The kitchen had granite counter tops, a load cuboards and a rectangular table with four seats on the two long sides and one chair on each short side. The main room had a brick fire place, a massive Hi Def plasma TV and like every game console ever. Stacked next to it were huge piles of Blu Rays, DVDs and Games. On the kitchen table was a piece of paper. I crossed over to it and read it out load.

Dear Heroes of Olympus & Co.

This house is heavily magical. Your bedrooms were decorated especially for you by Aphrodite and the wardrobes will fill with any clothes that you want. The cuboards will fill with any food or drink that you need, thanks to Demeter and Dionysis. The house itself was designed by Athena. On the third floor you have an indoor pool. The house is convieniently located within walking distance of the town center and school (Though we have provided you with cars) You have an ocean view. Just in case you want to practice fighting the entire fifth floor is a training center. Downstairs you will find a garage. Your Demi-Cards can be used to open most locks in the house and purchace things. Enjoy.

The second floor was a long corridor. Spaced at large intervals were our rooms. Each one had a different colour door with a name plate on it. Mine and Nico's were jet black with a skull and crossbones beneath our names which were written in spiny silver letters. Percy and Ebony's were sea blue with a pattern of waves. Their names were engraved in glittering green cursive. Annabeth's was gun-metal grey with an owl and olive branches. Her name was in plain black print. Jason's was a vibrant electric blue with his name written in yellow letters reminisant of lightning. Hazel's was black with beautiful gold letters. Frank's was blood red with the letters in raised black. The letters looked like they were running down the door. Leo's was flame red with silver letters. Piper's door was hot pink with a candyfloss pink love heart on it. Her name was engraved in glistening gold letters.

My room was the nerd castle supreme. The bed was king sized with patterns of dice on the covers. On my desk sat a load of tabletop games and a hardcore gaming PC. The bookcase was so full of books that it would take me months to read them all. On the bed at a phone and on top of the phone was a letter. I picked it up and read it. 'Dear Jem, just in case you are wondering I was able to provide you with a monster free internet conection (I can do that being its creator) The phone is called a Demi-Phone. It is specially built to mask the scent of Demigods. You have unlimited calls, texts, internet etc etc. If anyone asks it's an I-Phone. Yours sincerly Lord Hermes, god of messengers, travelers and thieves'
