After completing my membership, we were led to behind a curtain where people were socializing and drinking. It was quite fancy event for something that's spontaneously prepared. There were also assorted desserts like macaroons and cheese cake bites at this one table.
As I was grabbing one Hailey suddenly pushed me aside and took me to the bathroom. " Don't go back out there, " she whispered to me. " Why? " I asked confused
" Because.... because there's someone "
" Who the hell is it?! "
" I can't tell you.. it's a surprise to me too. "
" I thought you knew everyone here? "
" I don't... everyone in the club has connections with the staff, all the staff have connections to the manager. "
" then if you don't know who it is why do you not want me to see them- "
" it's a long story... just don't open your eyes when we go outside and you'll be fine. "
