My fathers Bestfriend

Chapter three.

We pulled down this long rocky road. After we get passed all of the trees. We reach this huge beautiful brick house. It was something I've always dreamed of living in.

"This house is beautiful" I said as I was getting out if the car.

"I know. just like you" he said and winked at me.

"If you say so" I said back.

We walked inside the beautiful house. It was even more beautiful in the inside. I loved it.

"Oh my gosh! Hey! you look just like your mother" josh said. I'm guessing he was my father.

"Thanks josh! it's good to see you. I guess" I said hugging him back.

"Well Curtis why don't you show bailey where her room his so she can put her things up and get settled in" josh said.

"Sure thing" Curtis said back.

I just rolled my eyes and followed Curtis up the beautiful long stairs. We reached a room with a purple door. And he opened it and lead me in. The walls where baby blue and the bed cover was white with flowers on it. It was beautiful. This room was like as big as my living room at my moms house it was huge.

I had a walk I'm closet. And a bathroom that was beautiful also.

"Do you like it?" Curtis asked.

"I love it" I said back smiling at him.

"Good" he said smiling back. It kills me when he smiles at me. "My room is just across the hall if you ever need anything" he said.

"Thank you!" I said.

"No problem. Well I'll leave you in here to pack. See you at dinner it will be ready in 10" he said.

"Okay I'll be down there in a few" I said back.

"Can't wait" he said winking at me and closing the door.

I started to unpack it wasn't very much so it didn't take me long at all. I finished packing I only had one thing left and that was a notebook and I thought maybe I could start a diary while I was at my dads for the summer. I through it onto my bed for me to write in it whenever I got into bed. I looked at the clock sitting on my night stand beside the bed. It read 5:57.

I through my hair into a messy bun and I walked down stairs. When I reached the table I saw the only chair that was open was right beside Curtis. I didn't want to sit by him I probably wouldn't be able to even eat. He already makes me nervous when he smiles at me.

"Well sit down bailey it's okay. I don't bite" Curtis said.

"Okay" I said. I pulled the chair out that was beside Curtis and I sat down.

It was about 5 minutes after dinner I was almost done. Everybody was just asking me questions trying to get to know me. I went to get a sip of my water. And I felt a hand in my knee. It was cutis's hand on my knee he was rubbing circles on my knee with his thumb.

I chocked on my water. I suddenly got chills all over my body.

"Are you okay bailey?" josh asked.

"Yeah I'm fine" I say back.

Curtis moved his hand further up my leg. I started chocking again. It felt so right but then it felt so wrong.

"Are you sure your okay?" josh said.

"Yeah I'm okay, I think I'm just gonna go up and go to bed" I said.

"Okay goodnight" josh said.

"Goodnight" I got up and out my plate in the sink and didnt even bother to look at Curtis whenever I left. I walked up the stairs and into my room. I hopped on my bed and grabbed my diary and started writing.

Dear diary,

This is the first day of summer. and also the first day of me coming to stay with my dad. I have to stay with him for the summer. But the only problem is. He has a Bestfriend and I think I'm falling for him? what if I am? what so I do? is that bad? is that good? i don't know. he is supper cute. And I just get nervous around him. Especially at dinner tonight. I can't believe he would rub my leg. It felt amazing but wrong so I stopped him. Well this is enough for my diary tonight goodnight (:

I closed my diary and put it in the drawer of my night stand. And laid down and I read some of the bible. When I got done reading some of the bible I put it up and turned my lamp off and went to sleep.
