"So what about us?" Clarissa asked, wondering how she could help.
Jimin looked at her and smiled. "You and Mackenzie both are our insight.. we all know you both have a thing for eavesdropping, and getting what you want..and people are scared of you, they'll do what you ask. We need you both to do that at UDF." He informed her.. in a sort of encouraging way.. like saying it was even close to being as cool as the rest of the boys were.
Mackenzie stood up and walked over to the bulletin board and pulled off the picture of the Governors daughter.
"What all do you know about Olivia.. because all I know is she was at UDF before I got there, and I've been here for years." She asked, taking control of anything she could.
Clarissa had seen her around.. she was always a little suspicious. She seemed like the type of girl Clarissa would usually be friends with, but for some reason she had never even heard her voice, or anything.
"I need you both to keep an eye on her. She of all people would know even more than the owners of UDF and other facilities like it." Jungkook said all the way from the end of the table.
Mackenzie modded, and stuck the picture back on the board. She looked at the clock and saw the time..
"1:33 a.m."
"We should really be getting back, especially if we have a long day of focusing tomorrow." She announced to everyone.
She was right, they had been there for about 3 and a half hours and they all were exhausted.
Jin stood up and opened the door allowing everyone to exit so he could take them back to the facility.
Once they got out, they all loaded into the car and headed back to UDF.
Clarissa was exhausted, but a little excited at the thought of being in on such a big secret.
Without realizing it she started dozing off and fell asleep on Yoongi's shoulder.
Before she knew it she felt strong hands carrying her up a flight of stairs.
She opened her eyes slightly and saw Yoongi carrying her to her room. He opened the door and gently laid her down on her bed, and tucked her in.
He looked over at the other bed and saw Mackenzie laying there calmly making sure she was also taken care of.
He stood up and was about to exit, but before he did Clarissa used all of her energy to say a quick "thank you" for making sure she was safe.
And through her blurred eyes she could see him nodding in a welcoming way. And before she knew it he was out the door and fast asleep.
The next morning
Clarissa was rudely awakened by Mackenzie throwing a pillow at her face.
"Get Up! It's time for breakfast!" She said ripping the warm covers off of her.
"Why are you in such a hurry?" Clarissa asked, crawling her way out of bed.
"Because we are in on this secret and we need to be on our toes at all times." She answered, tossing clothes toward her for her to wear.
Clarissa knew she was half right.. but the more they acted differently, the more people like Olivia would get suspicious.
Both girls grabbed their bags and books and went down the huge flight of stairs, passing by other students.
Clarissa felt weird.. anyone she passed by could be in on the Governors dirty work.
Soon the girls entered the cafeteria, and saw Namjoon and the rest of their allies sitting at their usual table.
