Yes indeed chaos was breaking loose in the main hallway of UDF.
Once Yoongi and Clarissa could process what was even happening.. Jungkook through a hard punch at Daniel Oakland.
Daniel was basically the male version of Olivia. He was on the bulletin board at the hideout house. Very secretive, mysterious, stuck up, and kinda hot, but Clarissa would never admit that.
"Jungkook! What are you doing?!" Jin yelled as he ripped Jungkook away from Daniel.
"Don't you ever say that again!" Jungkook growled one last time as he stormed down the hallway and up the flight of stairs in the direction of his room.
Yoongi and Clarissa walked up to Jin concerned.
"Hey, what the hell was that about?" Clarissa asked in a deep tone.
Jin just shook his head. "Sometimes he can just go off on the smallest things.. but I don't know what really happened I just came in, in enough time to stop it." He said, as he walked passed them and up the stairs to check on Jungkook.
"Hey.. I've got an idea.." Yoongi said looking Clarissa up and down.
"Hey don't look at me like that.. what do you need?" She said snapping her fingers to bring the attention back on her face.
"You're good at manipulating people.. I've seen it.. why don't you try to break down that kid first.. he's on the list." He said pointing at the kid who Jungkook punched.
"His name is Daniel Oakland.. I don't really know that much about him.." she said disappointed in herself.
Yoongi grabbed her hands and made her look at him.. "i know you can do it." He encouraged her.
"Tonight we're meeting at the hideout.. we'll make a plan. Okay?" He questioned for her approval.
"Okay.." Clarissa bravely brought Yoongi in for a warm hug.. she wasn't expecting for him to do anything but let it happen.. but instead he hugged back.. it was safe and comfortable.
But the moment was ruined by the bell, so she released the hug and smiled at Yoongi, never wanting to leave that moment.
"I'll see you tonight." He called to her as she was half way down the hallway.
Clarissa didn't even look back but she gave him a "Finger Heart" knowing it was a Korean thing.
Once Clarissa arrived at her class she kept an eye on everyone in there.. especially the ones who were on the board.
Someone in particular was stuck on Clarissa's mind. Olivia was in that class.. and apparently she could feel Clarissa strong eyes on her, because she kept turning around in her direction.
The class was long and boring, but finally the Bell rang to go to the second class but Clarissa was caught off guard.
"Hey! You got a problem with me?!" Olivia said, grabbing her arm strongly and pulling her to the side of the hall.
"Do not fight this bitch. Do not fight this bitch." Ran through Clarissa mind as she tried to keep her cool.
Clarissa refused to even make a sassy remark. She sighed deeply with control. "No."
"No what?!" Olivia sneered, getting up in Clarissa's face.
"I have no problem with you." Clarissa said through her teeth, clenching her fists.
"Thought So." Olivia turned around and walked down the hall.
Clarissa was going to walk back down the hall but she was pleasantly surprised by a friend.
"Hey What was that about?" Taehyung kindly asked.
"Oh hey.. nothing she's just sensitive." Clarissa said as she walked to her other class.
Taehyung walked along side her.. but then he stopped.
"Hey why don't we just skip the rest of the day and do something fun.. I'm sure you won't miss Biology anyway." He said smirking.
Clarissa looked at him confused. "How'd you know I had bio next?"
Taehyung scratched the back of his head and giggled a little. "I hacked the school system and looked up both you and Mackenzie's schedule."
Clarissa rolled her eyes sarcastically. "Oh right.. you're the hacker." She said shaking her head.
"Mackenzie and Jimin both left before breakfast was even done.. they're getting quite close.." he said starting to walk towards the exit of the doors.
Clarissa scurried after him. " yeah I've noticed, also where are we going? And what about the cameras?" Clarissa said finally catching up to him.
"Somewhere other than here.. and i thought you were smart.." he said opening the doors to leave.
Clarissa was a little offended by that remark.
"What's that supposed to mean?" She said with a stiff look.
"What about the cameras?" Taehyung mocked her in a high pitch voice trying to sound like her.
"I'm the hacker remember.. disabling systems is my thing.. that includes security cameras." He said shaking his head.
Clarissa put her hand on her head in embarrassment. "Idiot" she whispered to herself. "And I don't sound like that!" She snapped.
Taehyung laughed in his deep voice. "No it's cute." He said as they walked away from the campus.
Clarissa had absolutely no idea where they were going but she trusted Taehyung.
"So I know this whole 'rebellion' thing is knew and all but you'll get used to it.. I know it's a lot to take in." He said as they walked in the warm sun.
"Yeah it's different.. but how'd you get into all of this..?" Clarissa asked trying to stay at the same pace as her friend.
Taehyung smiled looking down. "We were all good friends before any of this happened.. it just so happened that we had the gifts we had and in time Namjoon found out about the Governor here and needed to fix it. He didn't want people like you being trapped."
Clarissa thought back to everything That was said that first night at the hideout.
"You guys haven't killed anyone? I mean.. yet right?" She said hoping the answer would be no.
"Yes. I haven't done it. But I know Jin and Jungkook have.. and it was for defense so it's not as bad.. although it's still murder." He said changing to a sad tone.
Before they knew it they were in a small town right outside of the campus of UDF.
"This is a good place to be.. everyone who is in on the Governors plan wouldn't be here.. they're busy getting brainwashed.. and I know you like reading.. don't deny it." He said.
Clarissa looked up and saw the Seattle, Library. She had missed it.. back in her "free bird" days she'd sneak out and go there.
"Okay 1 How'd you know we should come here.. and 2 how'd you know I like reading?" She asked as he opened the door to the huge Library.
Taehyung laughed once more.. "The first day I hacked into your phone I found it out.. I went to your notes and it had a list of books you wanted to read from this exact Library.. so I brought you here." She said with a baby smile.
Clarissa wanted to hug him so tight.. she did love reading when she wasn't forced to do it in school.
Taehyung helped her find all of the books she'd wanted and they sat down at an empty table and started conversations.
