One Week Later
~Maddie's POV~
So I've been at Michael's for about a week in a half. Me and him have became best friends again and I've had a good time but I miss my TC family. Michael said I was allowed to leave when it dials down a bit. He gave me my phone back and I've been on Twitter, Jason's not looking so hot.
"Maddie, if you wanna text, have at it but do not tell them where you are okay?" Michael said.
"Yes Michael." I said and clicked on Jason's contact.
ring
ring
ring
"Hello?" Oh my god it's good to hear his voice.
"Jason!" I said and he gasped.
"M-Maddie!" He yelled and I heard many footsteps.
"I can only talk for a minute. I'm sorry." I cried.
"Maddie where are you?" A voice asked. Adam?
"A-Adam?" I ask
"It's me." He said. I miss them so much. I heard footsteps
"I don't know where I am. Guys I have to go. I love you all. Goodbye." I said and hung up the phone with my one free hand. Yes I'm still tied up.
"I didn't say call!" Michael yelled and slapped me.
"Michael." I whispered and pointed to my bandage. He looked at me and then at my bandage. My eyes started to drop and all I heard was my name being called.
~Jason's POV~
"We are gathered here today for the death of Madisen Nicole Dahlberg." The priest said and all I heard was loud sobs. I cried and cried when I heard the news.
"She was a friend of many, young, and a beautiful person. May I have Adam Dahlberg speak please." He said and Adam walked to the podium.
"Maddie, Maddie, Maddie. Where do I even start? Loosing her was probably the hardest thing in the world-" He paused and started crying. "She was the best little sister you could have. She was a supportive, loving, and caring person you would have ever met. She was funny and always got our group cheery and pumped. Without her now, I-I-I don't what to do anymore. Maddie if you can hear me, tell mom and dad I said hi, I miss you guys so much. I love you. Jason will you please come speak." Adam finished and I reached the podium and hugged Adam as he cried in my shoulder.
"Hello everyone. I'm Jason, Maddie's boyfriend-" I paused and took a breath, trying not to sob. "I've known for 10 years now and she was my everything. When I heard the news I thought to myself, 'What's the purpose of living when she's not with me?' I know cheesy but she really shaped me to be who I am now. I was always happy when I was with her." I said and took the tiny box out of my pocket. "The week she came home was the week I was going to propose, but passed from blood loss. Maddie never deserved this. I miss her so much. Thank you all for coming today, I'm sure it means a lot to Maddie." I said and walked off the stage to my seat. The priest said some more things and then played the slideshow.
It played 1000 Years by Christina Perri, me and Maddie's song. Each picture that flashed brought back all the memories. There was one video that made me cry the most. It was a video of Maddie and I messing around. That video was taken when I visited her in Washington, before we started dating. Pictures of me and her were flashed on the screen which made me cry even more. God I miss her.
The slideshow stopped and the priest said it was time to go to the graveyard. I forgot that we were back in Washington. Maddie wanted to be buried beside her parents. Adam, Me, Ian, Ryan, Seto, and Jerome were the people that carried the casket to the funeral car. Everyone started to walk out to their cars and start the funeral car line to the cemetery.
We all crowded around where she was being buried. "May Madisen rest in peace." The priest said and started to lower the casket.
"WAIT!" I yelled and the priest stopped the casket. I took out the ring and put on the flower. "I love you Maddie." I whispered. I walked away from the casket and we all started to leave. What is my life without her?
I woke up and a puddle of sweat and tears. It was all a dream, no worse, a nightmare. I looked at the clock, 9:03 am. I got of bed and headed over to the door. I wonder who will bitch at me today.
"Hello sleeping beauty." Seto greeted as he got his plate of pancakes.
"Hey Seto." I said quietly.
I grabbed my plate of pancakes Sam made. They're not like Maddie's delicious pancakes but they'll do. I sat down at the table and ate my pancakes in peace.
"Huh. Funny no ones being a bitch today." I said and glared at Mitch. He put up his hands in defense. I put my dirty plate in the sink, grabbed a water bottle, and headed back upstairs.
~Jerome's POV~
"Any sign of Maddie?" I ask when Jason left.
"Nothing." Ty said and looked at everyone sadly.
"Oh my god." Ryan said while dropping his fork on his plate. "How did I not think of this!" He yelled and ran to his room.
"What the hell was that about?" Adam asked.
"I don't know..." Ian trailed off.
"GET YOUR ASSES UP HERE!" Ryan yelled from his room. We all ran up to his room and he pointed to the dot on his Mac. "I tracked where she called is from with her phone. She's the dot."
I scrolled out. "She's in San Diego." I said and we wrote down the address.
"Alright guys suit up. Time to kick some ass." Jason said and marched out of Ryan's room into his.
