Alexus' POV
It's saturday meaning it's ours last day until we leave to go back home meaning, I move away from all my family and friends to go to college in 2 days
Everyone including our families are sitting on the beach eating food that Lavar grilled and junk food
We're truly in paradise  I ended up going to the hospital after i took my test just to make sure the test was accurate and as i expected, i'm definitely pregnant. I obviously haven't started showing but i'm definitely eating a lot more which is giving me a little belly but nothing serious
"I love youu" I say smiling at Melo
"I love you too mama" He says pecking my lips
I told Jhay about the baby and she's so happy for us
I pull Melo over to discuss something with him
"I think i'm gonna tell my mom" I say to him
Melo gives me wide eyes and stays quiet for a second
"Go head" He says clearly not liking the idea of it
"What?" I ask confused as to why he's acting funny
"Our parents should find out at the same time, if you're gonna tell one parent tell the rest of them" Melo says scrolling through his phone not liking the conversation
"But Melo, I only want her to know because my moms experienced, and plus I want her to guide me through this pregnancy and buy a bunch of baby clothes with me and do mom stuff, i feel like i'm so disconnected with her lately" I say sadly
"Lex, my mom has had 3 kids, my moms just as experienced and, why wouldn't my mom want to do a bunch of grandma things with the mother of her granddaughter too" Melo argues
"Mel-" I say getting cut off
"We not talking bout this nomo either you tell all our parents or you don't tell them at all, but don't leave my family out cuz you messed up yo relationship with your mom" Melo says walking away
"You know what Melo, you got that" I shout behind him
I walk back standing up in front of everyone
"Everyone, since Melo wants you all to find out at the same time, I'm pregnant" I say immediately regretting it as the words roll off my tounge
everyone sits there in shock, even the ones I told
Melo looks pissed
"PREGNANT?" My dad and Lavar say at the same time
"Y'all are only 18 and your fucking up your careers with a baby already, y'all gon be on your own cause y'all have been nothing but irresponsible lately" Lavar says getting up and walking away
"I raised you better than that Lexi, you just turned 18, how are you pregnant?" My dad asks
I look toward my mom who still has a shocked look on her face and she flashes a small empathetic smile at me as I get a little teary eyed. Melo gets up and starts walking towards the hotel with a furious look plastered on his face
"Damn these pregnancy hormones really got me out here being crazy" I think to myself
I give everyone a kinda awkward sympathetic smile before following after Melo
I try not to run cause i'll get sick but I go as fast as I can
"Melo" I call out behind getting a little tired from walking so fast
I eventually catching up to him
"Baby i'm sorry" I say panting
"Sit down" he says pointing to a bench probably cause he recognizes how tired I am
"Melo just listen" I say still panting
"What mane" Melo asks irritated
"Look, i'm sorry i understand i blew the situation out of proportion but i'm stressed Melo, more stressed than i've ever been but we can keep running away from situations like this and not dealing with them together, and if you're not willing to do that maybe it's best that we break up" I say sadly
Melo sits down next to me and puts his head in his hands
"I'm stressed bro" Melo says with a strained voice
I hope this boy ain't crying cause them imma cry and what we gon look like crying on a bench in front of all these people
I rub Melos back slowly

Melos POV
As Lex rubs my back, I think to myself
"Imma marry this girl" I look up at lexi who has a sad look on her face
"We gotta stop doing this shit Lex" I say
She just nods in agreement
I take her hand in mine and play with her promise ring
"I love you" I say
A small smile forms on her face
"I love you more" She says stuffing her face in my shoulder
I rub her stomach for a few until it eventually gets dark
"You tryna go to dinner?" i ask her
"Yesss" she says smiling at the thought of food
god i love this girl
