In the moonlight she stands under the leaves of the willow tree,
Her long brown hair blowing in the cold breeze,
She looks up at the stars and wishes her last wish as her life begins to fade,
"My dear father watch over me as I move into the stars and past the seas,
As my life becomes dull and my heart becomes still,
Please don't ever forget me"
A boy appears in the distance and watches her plea,
Then runs towards her as she falls into the soft grass,
Down on her timid knees.
He catches her before she falls completely and lays her down,
Ever so gently.
"My dear lady please don't leave me for I am in love with you,
You mean the world to me",
He leans over and plants a kiss on her delicate lips,
Then watches her go into the unknown world.
