"How's JM?" Det asked.
Jhoana with Bea and JM went straight to the De Leon's house after what happened at the hospital.
"He's fine, ma. The doctor checked him and thank God his operation was succesful." Napailing naman si Jho.
"What's the matter, iha?"
Jho looked at Det. "Wala naman. Kinabahan lang talaga ako para sa pamilya ko kanina. I really thought na kukunin na rin sila sakin."
"Dagdag pa yung kalagayan ni JM. Mabuti na lang, my son is a fighter." She added.
Det smiled and hugged Jho. "You're a good wife-to-be, Jho. I'm so happy that Bea have you."
Det sighed. "Hindi na talaga natin alam ang utak ng mga tao ngayon. Napakadelikado na talaga. Mabuti na lang at ligtas kayo."
"Well, it's a good thing Jho and Bea know what to do in those situations." Elmer said.
"Loel said it was even Bea who figured that there will be a bombing kaya nasabihan agad na lumikas ang mga pasyente." He added.
"Musta naman si Bea?" Det looked at Jho.
"She's there sleeping with JM po. Ngayon lang po yun magkakatulog eh." Sabi naman ni Jho.
"Subsob sa trabaho tapos pag-uwi aakuin yung pag-aalaga kay JM." She added and shook her head.
"Just be with her, Jho. Alalayan mo na lang. She's really passionate on her work and at the same time I know for sure, Bea wants to give all her time sainyo ni JM." Det said.
"Yes, Jho. Kilala naman natin si Bea, parang naging calling na niya ang pagiging agent." Dagdag ni Elmer.
Napatango nalang naman si Jho. "Of course, po."
Jho entered Bea's room and she saw Bea staring at JM.
"Oh, bat gising ka na? Saglit pa lang tulog mo ah."
Bea looked at her. Jho approached them kaya naman Bea moved closer to JM for Jho to have space.
Jho put her chin on Bea's shoulders and they both stared at JM.
"I was so afraid for him awhile ago. I was afraid to lose him." Bea whispered while tapping JM's shoulders.
Jho put a kiss on Bea's shoulders. "You did a great job in protecting him, heart."
Bea turned to her at ipinaunan si Jho sa kanyang braso. "I'm sorry." She sighed.
Jho put her arms around Bea's waist.
"I left when you needed me. I was late when you needed me. I'm sorry. I'm a terrible terrible partner."
"Shhh." Jho cupped both Bea's cheeks.
"You just did what you need to do at kita mo ikaw pa nga ang nagligtas sa amin. It's fine, heart." She said.
"Still, I'm sorry." Bea said.
Jho just hummed as an answer.
They stared at each other.
Bea inched her face closer to Jho. The latter closed her eyes and Bea closed the gap.
When Bea was going deep, Jho pulled away. "Anjan si JM." She whispered.
"He won't mind." Bea kissed Jho, again that made the latter smile.
It was getting hotter when JM started to cry.
Jho pulled away and laughed. "Ayan kasi."
Bea pouted and they turned to JM.
