I walked out the door. As I begin to leave I get a text. Brooklyn Why is he texting me.. I open the message.

Aww that's cute, I message him back.

'Heyyy, I'm fine thanks. I'm still a bit upset but i'll be fine' - Me

How cute he is gonna be so perfect for Jordyn...

I put my phone in my pocket and start walking. I wonder If brook has messaged Jordyn yet! They would be so cute together. I'm on my Normal trail walk through bushes and trees. I call it my nature walk. I love Nature and well anything outdoors. I love being outside. Nature just calms me down after a stressful day.

I have been walking for 15 minutes i think i might start heading back home now. I stop walking when I get a message. I pull my phone out. Rye. Why would rye be messaging me.. I'm kind of excited to talk to him. especially after today. I open the message.

'Heyyy beautiful, what are you doing rn?' - Rye

OMG HE CALLED ME BEAUTIFUL!!! I squealed.

'Hey Rye, I'm just walking my dog rn what about you' - Me

'Thinking about you' - Rye

He was being so cute.. I don't know what to say to that...

'aww your so sweet' - Me

'Thanks😍 You wanna meet up at the park?' - Rye

'Yeah sure see you there' - Me

I walk another five minutes up to the park and i sit down on one of the swings. I'm just gonna sit and wait. a few minutes pass and I see this tall figure appear from the street. It's Rye. I'm low key so excited to see him and talk to him. I get up and give him a hug. He sits down on the swing next me. Oreo walks over to rye and rye gives him a pat.

"your almost as cute as your owner aren't you" Rye says looking at the dog

"nah Oreo is pretty adorable..." I say with a nervous laugh..

"sooo..." I say confused on why he wanted to hang out.

"don't make this awkward Kye" Rye says with a laugh

"Sorry. Why did you wanna hang out?" I say looking at him swing a little.

"well brook was annoying me but if i'm completely honest I just wanted to see you" Rye says with a nervous sounding voice.

"Rye... Your so sweet" I reply trying not to blush.

"Not as sweet as you" Rye says again...

"Stop it you flirt" I push my hair on mu face covering my cheeks to hide me blushing...

He puts some hair behind my ears. I look down and bite my lip. He lifts my head up and leans in. I pull away.. "I'm sorry...Uh..I have to go talk tomorrow..." I say trying not to hurt his feelings. he looked upset.

"Oh okay bye" He says sounding hurt and upset... I feel so bad but I just walk away. I wish he didn't try to kiss me. I walk home and go straight to the front door. Oreo barks and I see Jordyn standing there. We hug and talk for a bit. She really wants to know what happened with me and rye.. So I tell her.

"FINE FINE just don't say anything to him" I say in a frustrated voice.

"Okay I won't I promise" she replies back knowing I'm pissed off

"we talked for a bit he was flirting with me and I was blushing, one thing led to another and he tried to kiss me. I ran off and now he is upset" I say irritated.

"Oh babe, Are you okay?" she asks me grabbing my hand.

"yeah Jordyn I'm fine, I have just ruined the only thing going for me" I say with a shaky voice..

"hey, you still have me" she says pulling me into a hug. We hug for ages. Her hugs always make me feel better.

"I think we should head to bed it's getting late" Jordyn says to me

I look at the time and it's already 10:30 me and Jordyn have been talking for hours and I didn't even realise.

"Alright" I say

"Night" Jordyn says pulling me into one last hug.

"Night" I reply pulling out of the hug. I walk to my bed room and get into comfy clothes and turn the light off. I hop into bed and close my eyes. An hour later I still can't sleep. All I can think about is Rye. I upset him today. I feel so bad. I'm Just not ready yet. I manage to fall asleep...
