So now here is chapter 7. Amelia is infatuated by Vince and lusting after Allen. Vince is hurt after what he saw. It looks like he may be catching feelings for her. How can that be though? He just wants to protect her and make her see that Allen is a vampire. But is he though? Have you forgotten George and Miss Brenda's son? Possible chance he will show up again in this chapter. Maybe Ben is the vampire.
In this chapter, we may find out about how Vince really feels. I think he just needs to come out and say it. "Amelia, I don't see you like a piece of meat. I have a crush on you, to be honest. I love fulfilling your needs. It makes me feel important." Will she be with Vince?
Allen wants to be with her as well. A hunter can become very lonely but after a while, so can a vampire.
There may be a chance that she can't make up her mind and just chooses neither.
We shall wait and see.
Amelia's POV.
I wake up from a wonderful sleep in a pair of amazing arms. I turn over and gaze at Allen, still sleeping soundly. I turn back over and I manage to escape his arms. I walk over to the clock that's on the mantle, hardly believing what time it was. Six in the morning and I felt like I slept for days. I sneak into his closet to find a shirt I can borrow. As I was browsing, I stepped on something. I removed my foot and I notice a small newspaper clipping, with what appeared to be blood on it. I bend down to pick it up and I began to read it. It was about a vampire incident at Myrtle Beach. It happened at ten pm by the beach just five days ago. 'That soon?' I asked myself. I continued to read the article. She was coming home from having fun with friends when she was attacked. Her body was drained. I analyzed the blood and I was beginning to freak out. I put the clipping back on the floor where I found it. I searched Allen's closet for more clues of him being a vampire hunter. I, unfortunately, didn't find any. I reached for a white shirt and put that on. I tiptoe out of the room and quickly walked down the stairs. I saw all the candles that appeared to be lit last night but they look brand new. I grabbed my underwear, jeans, and bra. I hear a small creaking noise in the house. I put my all my clothes on except for my bra. I just tucked that in my jeans back pocket. Quickly slid my feet in my sandals. I grabbed my keys, cell phone and left. 'I hope Vince is okay. I wonder where he slept.' I thought as I quickly and quietly exited the house.
I got outside and noticed it was raining. I ran down the gravel road and stopped. I turned around to look at the three-story house and it gave me this strange feeling. I also felt like I was being watched by someone. I continued to jog home in the rain. I was soaked by the time I reached the front porch. I unlocked it and quickly headed inside. I took off my sandals and locked the door in behind me. I've been feeling okay but spooked at the same time. I placed my keys and phone on the kitchen table. I went to the back porch and noticed Vince was sleeping on the small little couch I have. I smile down at him.
"You know it's rude to stare," Vince said to me as he flutters his eyes open and looks at me sweetly.
"Morning Vince. Did you sleep well?" I asked.
He yawns and says to me "I guess so. I didn't care for the performance last night. It's also quite the journey to climb a tree so I can continue to watch you. Three damn stories and to try to find the perfect tree limb to sit on."
I noticed he was looking at me but not looking at my eyes. I look down and noticed a few buttons weren't buttoned and I didn't wear my bra because I wanted to get home. My breasts were exposed. I folded my arms to cover them up.
"That wasn't a performance. I'm attracted to Allen. Romantically and sexually. I was attracted to him first before you. Wait, that's a lie. It took me a bit to warm up to him." I said as I kneeled down next to him. My back was facing him and I was shivering a little from the rain. My neck was exposed and I felt his hand grip my neck with care. I was able to feel him bare his wolf teeth on me. I soft harmless graze against my skin, it was enchanting.
