Okay since this wasn't very clear, Steve is himself in the past, like he literally possessed past Steve's body. Anyway! TATA!

In the last chapter
"STEVE. You're you! but did you get any memory when you got here?"

"Yes I remember this place...It's where I got my shield...I haven't hit the ice yet...." he said

"What the hell are we gonna do now?" Wanda said as she exited the room and made her way to a room that had her name on it. 'AGENT MAXIMOFF'

3rdPersonPOV
She entered the room feeling kinda nauseous from everything that had happened. I mean what the hell was she gonna do? And she can't show her powers to people they'll most likely accuse her of witchcraft. And she doesn't know how to go back all she knows is that life is a mess.
..
And Bucky....
What about Bucky?...
He seemed so full of life in this time...all she wanted was to kiss him and tell him everything that was happening.
Wait
"What the hell Wanda...you're not even dating him.."

"Dating who?"
She jumped back startled picking up a pocket knife out of the counter and putting it in front of the intruder with her red hex.
"WHOA, MISS....WHAT?"
Great. So much for not showing her powers.

"I'll explain. What are you doing here?"

"That's not what matters doll what matters is WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT?"

"How much do you know about me barnes?"

"Not much since you just moved here. Are you a witch?" He questioned calming down a bit but still on guard.

She quickly caught the information "Ahh yes, you're right. And no i'm not a witch. I was experimented on by Hydra..." her face saddened "and this was the result of it"

"I'm sorry...That's amazing!" He said awestruck

If only he knew what was coming for him in the future...

"I'm sorry for my rudeness Sergeant Barnes but i'm pretty sure you didn't come here just to chit-chat...so what is it you need?"

"That...you're wrong Doll, I came to talk to you. Maybe get to know a pretty lady like you a little better." He said seductive walking towards her till he was only a few feet from her

"Barnes you know that I could report this conduct at any moment and you'd get punished for it?" She walked back hitting the door with her back butterflies, heck that wasn't butterflies that was a whole swarm of bees, moving in her stomach

"Yes.." he said trapping her with his arm against the door  "But I can tell from a mile away that it's mutual and I just can't resist myself doll." He said into her neck opening the door behind her with his other hand "Now if you excuse me...make up your mind and let me know" he winked at her before composing himself exiting the room leaving Wanda dazed behind.

Present-Bucky
All of a sudden a surge of memories came to his mind WANDA. He remembered her... but not(he tried to collect his thoughts) ...He remembers her...way back then. But she's not younger and she's wearing a uniform. She's working in what would become S.H.I.E.L.D.  At the time.
THAT'S why when he first saw her at Hydra he felt like he knew her an entire lifetime. They've met before....
STEVE
Suddenly he remembered Wanda in the past. She was an agent! Like Peggy. That's strange how could've I forgot? All this time...That's why she was so familiar! She worked with me! But how is she still...young?

3rd Person POV
It's a butterfly effect type of thing...see in 1940 Wanda from the future went to the past and worked in SHIELD for a while. Only that Bucky couldn't remember that happening and Steve forgot.
And Wanda had no idea (cause it hadn't happened yet in her reality) until she was 21 and she went to the past by accident  fulfilling the destiny of having met Bucky before and that triggered a memory in Bucky's head. Both Steve and Bucky remembered her but she had no knowledge of it because she was living it.

Guys!! Please tell me if it's confusing i'm trying my best to explain 😩 Also I know it's super short but I just burned my brain trying to explain this lol.
