Late Night Drives {C.H.}

"I'm bored." You say blankly. "um well Y/N what would interest you at 11:53 at night?" Says calum "hmm I don't kn- LETS GO FOR A DRIVE!" You shout, with a little too much excitement. "Y/N where do you want me to drive you?" He says with a blank face, obviously not amused with your idea. "Oh c'mon babe! Let's go on an adventure!" You beg as you shower him with kisses in hopes to get him to get off of the couch. After a couple seconds, he caves. You know you're his princess; he'll basically do anything you ask him to.

You two get in his car and you just drive. You plug in your phone while the 1975 softly plays in the background. As you stare into the summer night sky with awe, calum occasionally looks at you. He admires how lost your eyes get in the stars. He loves everything about you; your wild hair and how it cascades down your back to your freckles to your button nose. He adores you and absolutely everything about you. He refocuses on driving but takes your hand and intertwines your fingers with his. With your hand in his, he kisses your hand and gently glides his thumb across yours. He knows you love that. It's quiet; but a good kind of quiet. The kind of quiet that could only be shared by you and him.
