I Always Get What I Want

Chapter 7

A few weeks later Bucky was sitting in divorce court and the judge just laughed as he sat down and said "Ms Dolores I can already tell you right now this is an easy one and done case you signed a pre nup do you know what that means." 

She looked down and said "I know my husband is having an affair he's not wanted anything to do with me for the past two years." 

"That's not what I asked you Ms Thompson I asked you if you know what a prenup means. It means what ever you brought into the marriage is what you take out when it fails. His company is his to keep the money he made is his to keep you don't get a single dime of it. No kids means no child support or alimony or custody hearings. So this is over Mr Barnes your money safe with you and Ms Thompson you get to keep your trust fund." the judge said and hit his gravel and said "next case." 

They walked out and she stopped him at his car and said "By the way I quit." 

"Good I can find another HR head." he said as he got into his car and Carter drove him back to Brooklyn. 

When he got home and went upstairs he said "It's over baby we are officially divorced the judge basically told her she was in the wrong." 

She smiled and said "Awesome." as  she kissed him and he said "Shuri said in a few weeks we can get everything back and you can move in with me  baby cause the brownstone was mine so she has to move out and she quit." 

She smiled and said "Yay!" 

"So now you ready for your summer surprise vacation" he said

"You still had one bought." she said 

"Yes I did we are going to Paris baby." he said 

She gasped and said "Are you serious?' 

"Yes I am serious" he said as she jumped on him and she said "I always wanted to go to Paris." and he started to laugh and he said "I know." 

"I love you I love you I love you" she said with a bunch of kisses. 

"I love you too baby but you need to calm down you got my little ones in you." he said 

"oh sorry I got so excited." she said 

He kissed her and said "It's fine baby." 

That night they left to go to Paris for two weeks. 

They had so much fun in Paris finally being free of everything that they had to deal with the last couple of months. He took her out to eat to so many romantic dinners and sight seeing and pictures. On their last night their they went up to the top of the Eiffel Tower and he had his arms around her waist and he said "baby I love you." 

"I love you too James." she said 

He kissed her cheek and said "I love these little ones that you are blessing me with. I have never been this happy with a girl than I am with you Reagan Blair Sutton." 

She turned and smiled at him and put her arms around his neck and stood on her tip toes and said "I love you and I'm so glad that you love me too. Cause I was afraid that I was going to have to break my own heart and say goodbye to you. I didn't want to do that." 

He kissed her and said "oh baby that would have broke my heart too I knew from the moment I laid eyes on you that I had to have you this smile you made my morning that morning I was already starting to fall out of love with Dolores and seeing you that morning with these damn dimples brought me to my knees baby." 

She smiled and kissed him back and "Marry me baby." he said 

She looked up at him and he said "Marry Me?' as he reached into his pocket  and pulled a ring box.
