Bucky and Reagan were at Wanda's office where Reagan worked as receptionist/office manager. She was doing a ultrasound as Bucky and Reagan had been trying for baby #3 and she said "Yeah you definitely have a 3rd baby in the oven guys and just one baby this time."
"Yay!" Reagan said
"You are already 12 weeks Reagan you are due in March." she said
"Ok well I've been tired and busy with work and the girls so I guess that's why I haven't noticed." she said
"Yeah that's what I always tell my patients' Wanda said
*6 weeks later*
"It's a boy guys." Wanda said within a minute of trying to determine the gender
"Good god such a boy." Reagan said
"Shut up" Bucky said
After the appointment was over he said "I get to pick his name"
"I know you do baby that was the deal we made with the girls" she said
"James Blake Barnes" he said
"You want to give him both your name and my dad's name" she said
"Technically James is my dad's name too." he said
"Oh so he will have both grandpa's names" she said
"Yes." he said
"I love it baby" she said
A few months later Winnie threw a baby shower and they turned the 3rd bedroom into a nursery for little James since the girls were still sharing a room. A few short weeks after Reagan had little James the business magazine that always does editorials on what is happening in the world of business in NY asked to do a full spread on the CEO of Barnes Engineering as a full photo shoot with his family and to know the man behind the CEO title.
Bucky agreed to do it as Steve told him it was good for their business. Reagan spent 3 days cleaning the house and went bought outfits for the kids and her and Bucky. She put curls in the girls hair and then her hair and got everyone dressed.
She was fixing Bucky's tie and he said "You my gorgeous wife of mine look so beautiful baby and the girls look adorable."
"Thank you baby." she said
He grabbed her waist and said"Baby I want to ask you something."
"Ok." she said
"How would you feel about moving outside the city like where mom lives. That way they can have a place to play outside." he said
"You and I both would be spending a lot of money on gas." she said
"I know but we can always use a train or hire you a driver since I already have one.' He said
"Okay..besides hes going to need a room. And I want one more baby" she said.
They did the photo shoot and interview. Once it was over and they left after they put the girls to bed. She was breastfeeding little James as they were looking on the realtor app for a house.
They finally settled on and made sure it was with Natasha's realtor office. The next day they met her at the house.

They put a offer in after they seen inside the 5 bedroom house. By the end of the week they found out that their offer was accepted.
Two weeks later they were completed moved in. It was a late June night Bucky came home at 6 they had dinner. After dinner they all went out back where he chased the girls around as their giggled and screamed.
Bucky took little James and put him in the baby swing that was on the swing set and pushed him. Raegan wrapped her arms around him.
"Hey gorgeous isn't this nice baby..its peaceful and quiet." He said
"I know." She said
After they got the kids in bed they sat out on their front porch swing. Where she enjoyed a glass of wine and him a glass of scotch.
