Ice cream at a park

Bruces POV

"Bye mom" Percy yelled as she walk out the door.

"So that was your mom." Clint pushes her slightly to get her attention.

"Yep! You finally met my mother....... do you believe she makes the best cookies ever NOW?!" Percy makes a turn that leads us to a park.

"Oh yes, those cookies were amazing."Clint steps in front of Percy to make her fall down. "Why are we at a park?"

"Because I wanted to come to the park and get some ice cream." She jabs his in the ribs with her elbow, making him fall.
"I mean i thought it was obvious!" She steps over him and head to an ice cream stand.

"Was that sarcasm I sensed young lady?"
She laughs as we all order our ice cream.

"Of course it was have you MET me?" She begins to find a spot for us to sit.

We find a shady spot under a tree that's slightly secluded from the rest of the park.

As we're eating our ice cream a little boy walks up and over to Percy. "Hi! I'm Danny! You look nice, will you play with me?"

"Um, sure why not let's go play kid." Percy stands up and walks over to the playground with Danny.

As they play Danny tells Percy what he got for Christmas. He was very excited about it.

"That adorable." Stark stands up to throw away his trash. "You know it's kinda nice out here. Why don't we just stay here and relax a bit."

"Sounds like a plan to me!" I lower myself so I'm laying on my back and watch the clouds. Slowly I begin to drift of into a peaceful sleep........that's interrupted by a loud scream.

"PERCY!!" A woman with dyed purple and blue hair runs up to Percy.

Percy's POV

"Oh! Hey Kelsey! Long time no see" I walk over to her with the Danny not far behind.

"Oh! Danny there you are I've been looking everywhere for you. Where have you been." She runs towards Danny and picks him up.

"You told me to make fwiends so I founds pewcy!" The 2 year old explains.

"What has mommy told you about talking to strangers." She looks at him disapprovingly.

"Not to do it." He looks down knowing what he did was wrong. "But mommy she's so nice!"

"I know she is I met her in high school." Kelsey sets down the boy and he runs over to a man that looks quite a bit like him.

"Sorry about him.....we're still working on the whole don't talk to people you dont know thing." She smiles fondly at Danny whose now playing with the man he ran to. "But anyways, how are you! I haven't seen you since graduation!"

"Oh I'm good, jobs going well life decent, how about you?" We walk to a nearby bench and sit down. (Because what else would you do with a bench lay underneath it?)

"Well Calvin and I got married right after high school, and about year later i gave birth to Daniel. I'm a banking associate and Calvin owns a gym."

"Wow! You've got your life together!" We laugh and talk for a while until she gets up and drags me up with her.

"Let's play a game of soccer....... for old times sake." She walks over to her husband and takes a SOCCER BALL OUT OF HER PURSE!!!

A minute later and we're in the middle of a hard core soccer game in the middle of a park in Manhattan.
