Percy's POV
I walk through the halls of SHIELD,thinking. 3 year today the love of my life died in my arms. 3 years without my wise-guy......... it hurts beyond words.
I still have nightmares... about the pit, the wars, the death, everything.
I joined SHIELD about 3 weeks after the war. I moved up the ranks quickly due to my experience and found fast friends in Clint Barton and Natasha Romanoff.
I was pulled out of my thoughts be a consistent knocking on my door. I walk over and open it.
" who is it?" I open the door to se Maria Hill.
"The Director has requested that you come to the meeting room immediately, he has a new Mission for you." She walks away I follow her on.
When I walk into the room I see Clint, Nat and the rest of the avengers. Everyone besides Clint and Nat Stare open mouthed at the woman that just walked in the room.
" Well hello there beautiful, I'm Tony Stark Iron Man, Genius, bi-" Fury cuts him off.
"Agents Jackson, I called you here for a reason. Sit down." He points to a chair next to Banner.
"You are going to join the avengers."
"WHAT!?!"
