Sometimes it's natural for things you plan to not go exactly like how you initially expected them to. Jimin was quite the planner, but he wasn't the type to pan back to what could and could not have been done, wasn't the type to dwell the "do's" and "don'ts" or the "what ifs". Because, to him, there will always be a next time, and there will always be an opportunity for him to learn from his mistakes and, with that, grow, so that he won't do the same thing again.

But by the looks of it, Jimin wonders if maybe there will even be a next time at all. "God, why do I just keep getting uglier today?"

Jungkook sighs from his position on the couch, the younger striding towards the frustrated male, patting his back comfortingly, "Look at the bright side, Jimin-hyung. For you to exist, all your ugly ancestors had to as well, and they all got laid!"

Seokjin appears out of seemingly nowhere to slap the youngest upside the head. He seems to be doing that a lot lately. "Not the time, Jungkook-ah." A smile suddenly graces the elder's features, lightly placing a hand on Jimin's shoulder, "You look great, Jimin. No need to worry!"

"But what if I manage to ruin this, somehow?"

Taehyung sneaks up behind the nervous male, tackling him into a hug. "Then I will always be your second option." The comment manages to completely break Jimin's inner turmoil, a smile adorning his features all too quickly, cute chubby cheeks making their grand appearance as he giggles lightly. But Taehyung continues anyway, grinning softly, "You'll do great, hyung! If there's anyone that can do it, it's you!"

Jimin smiles. "Alright. I better not see you spying on me or something!"

And Taehyung smiles back, ruffling the male's head as if he weren't at all younger than him. "Why would I intrude your date? Good luck, hyung!"

Jimin whines under his breath at his now ruined hair, raising his hand threateningly as if to slap the male (but still smiling nonetheless), "Yeah, yeah."

"Oh my god. What do I say?"

Yuna only sighs, sitting up from her position on your bed, waving her hand around as if your worry is the most unwarranted thing, "Well, I hear 'hello' is pretty popular."

Okay, so maybe inviting her minutes before your planned encounter with Jimin wasn't the best idea. "Why are you even here?..."

She pats your back comfortingly, a grin slowly surfacing on her features as she gazes at your appearance from your mirror, "I'm so happy for you, ah this is gonna go great!" She claps her hands happily, seemingly more excited about this date than you were, your nerves becoming a bit too overwhelming at the thought of somehow ruining your friendship with the male.

You stand up from your seat before collapsing on your bed, brows furrowed. Your phone vibrates with a message, arm lethargically lifting the object into view as your eyes skim through the message. It takes a second. Then another. Then before you knew it you were screaming and throwing your phone to the ground, but your heart is too set on going into overdrive to notice. "Jimin just texted me!"

The female bursts from her seat, screaming a "Get out of the way" as she pushes you to reach for your phone (even though you weren't even remotely close to being in her way), reading the message with an excited grin. "He's coming!"

"Shit, right now? Right now now?"

"Yes, you stale bread stick, just get up already, there wasn't even enough time to let you memorize any pick-up lines!"
