Dear diary,

Well, today is the day that I find out how long I must stay in jail. I woke up early today. I wanted to make sure I fixed my hair, brushed my teeth, and all that kinda stuff. Kat is staring at me as if she wants to murder me. I guess I made too much noise and woke her up. I gave her an apologetic look. She rolled her eyes, rolled over, and went to sleep. I really havn't thought about my future after this trial. Were my parents going to press charges on me? OMG! What if they do I'll be in here forever.

She slams her diary without a conclusion. Then, punches her bed instead of the wall. She didn't want to stay there any longer than she had to. A guard walks over to her and Kat's cell.

"Oh, great." she mumbles sarcastically.

"Why are you up so early, maggot?" He rudely says.

"I wanted to get up so I'd be ready for court. Speaking of.... Do you know what time my trial is?" Ally

questions.

"It's after breakfast now quiet down!" He exclaims

"Whatever." She says as she walks back over to her bed.

Ally thinks:

"Oh my gosh. It's bad enough I had to wait until today, now I have to wait 4 more hours! This is BULL...."

She begins to count out loud "1........2......this sucks..........3.........4..................5" as she falls back asleep.

RINNNNGGGGGG! RINGGGGGGGGGG! EVERYBODY GET UP!

Kat taps Ally. "Hey what's up with that counting thing you were doing?

"Do you remember how you said you didn't want to talk about why you are in here?" Ally states.

"Yeah, why?" Kat looks suspiciously.

"Well, that's how I feel about it" Kat jokes.

"Oh, tuche..." Kat replies and gets in line.

Everyone sits at their usual table. Ally begins to notice how the cafeteria is divided into clicks sort of like highschool. There were the nerds, anti-socials, gothics, and us... the "cools".

Suddenly on the intercom everyone hears "Allison Dianna Burgess to courtroom C. Allison Dianna Burgess to court room C."

As Ally enters the courtroom she sees her parents sitting in the stands. And to her surprise her brother was also there and awake, but he hand a bandage on his head

Allison weeped and cried with joy!

The 9 jurors decided that since she was a minor she would get 2 weeks in prison and 120hours of community service. She had veen given much slack because charges weren't filed against her. This was almost the happiest moment of her life!
