Hey AJ,

Guess what? the PSATs went really well. I mean not exactly as bad as I expected them to. But it was a good day over all. First three classes were super short but do you know what's the best part? When I saw you in the hallway while heading to History, and Ari was walking in front of me, you saw her you smiled and then you saw me and smiled. We always just acknowledge each other at school and never actually talk or say hi, so I'm gonna mark today on my calendar and be extra.

Honestly, I couldn't stop grinning about that all day. I can picture your goofy smile and how it instantly lightened up my mood.

I know how you told me that you didn't want any feelings to come between us because we've got this bond, but I can't help it Alex. I can't call you AJ, goof around and just act like I don't care 'cause I do. A little too much.

I don't really listen to Billie Eilish but now that you said how much you love her, maybe I'll check out her album.
