Scenario: The Doctor and Jade find themselves on a planet where its inhabitants are obsessed to the fear to the point that's its almost a fetish. The Doctor and Jade are knocked unconscious; with the Doctor waking up in a room resembling a hospital suite and finding himself hooked up to various machines; and Jade waking up in another room, starving and trapped with an evil clone of the Doctor that is taking pleasure in her pain and torturing her with her fears.
Jade's Fears: Acrophobia (fear of heights), entomophobia (fear of bugs), cynophobia (fear of dogs), trypanophobia (fear of needles), fear of starvation, fear of losing loved ones
