This phrase kept repeating inside Nicole's head, it was slowly consuming her. It has been one day since the incident, Nicole was jealous of Tammie. She seen the way Kyle looked at her.... Nicole instantly ignored the memory.

'Why can't he look at me like that?' Nicole thought. Kyle was a year older then Nicole, before they were born Kyle's father Jonathan and Nicole's father Richard arrange a marriage for their future heirs. Kyle was 15 years when he discovered the contract of the arrange marriage. Mr. Adams took his son to work but unexpected visitor had arrived, Richard. Richard's was becoming more powerful and wealthy with time, but he needed something to triple is wealth, he then decided to marry off his eldest and only heir, Nicole Reece James.

Mr. James explained the arrangement to Kyle, whom without a thought rejected the idea of marrying to a spoil brat, Kyle rejected the idea of simply marrying for business purposes. Jonathan decided to let his son finished his studies before the topic of the contract was mentioned. Years later, Kyle graduated with a business degree in Harvard University. Richard thought it was time to fulfill the contract which states before marriage the couple would court for one year and then shall be engaged.

Kyle once again decline and rejected the contract; Kyle's father had no other choice then to force his son to court Mr. James daughter. Nicole spent her life obliging to her parents rules and obligations, she had no choice but to fulfill her part of the deal. With months of persuasion, Kyle decided to give the contract a try since he recently ended a long-term relationship with Super model Scarlett Reid.

Kyle and Nicole dated for a year, he began to like Nicole, but he wanted to know the true Nicole. Nicole on the other hand dislike Kyle, he was only using her to forget his pain from Scarlett. She then started secretly dating actor Tom Parker. Kyle found out about Tom and called off the relationship and the contract.

Nicole brought shame and pity to her family, her father was going to disown her if she did not oblige to the contract. Nicole tried to regain the trust of Kyle Adams, but he was to stubborn and cold. Months passed, and Adam's corporation were facing many financial problems, Kyle needed to find the money to pay his debts, he was then forced to effectuate the deal.

A year after dating, it was time to for engagement, but Kyle met Tammie, Willow, Izzy and Danielle; Kyle did no longer want to continue the deal, so he broke it off. Nicole, eventually fell in love with Kyle but it was too late however Nicole did not give up and still was pursuing Kyle for marriage while Kyle no longer needed Nicole or her father's boats.

"He felt nothing, I felt everything." Nicole whispered to herself wiping away a tear. Nicole was interrupted by a knock on the door, the hotel manager entered the room with nervousness.

"My payment"

"Of course, for a job well done" Nicole smirked obviously her plan was successful, Tammie her competitor and her fellow companions were in jail for only God knows how long.

"Indeed"

"Where did you get the cocaine miss?"

'That is none of your concerns" Nicole retorted, well she wasn't sure it was actually cocaine she wasn't sure they actually had an investigation. Nicole spent a lot of money on Officer Bernard who gladly accepted the idea taking the heirloom and finding whatever that substance was.
