Gym Leaders are supposed to be some of the hardest foes to beat in the Pokemon world. So if I was a Gym Leader, I would not want to be a pushover to anybody. My specialty would be an all out offensive Dragon type assault.

Due to how powerful Dragon types are, I'd have my gym be the last gym in a region, like Clair in GSCHGSS and Drayden/Iris in BW.
