I remember when Paul released Chimchar, only for him to regret it later when that same Chimchar became an Infernape and beat him when it really counts under Ash's care. I'll have you know, his badass Blaze ability was what inspired me to create a custom Bond Phenomenon Infernape by the name of Kevin-Kong. Credits go to infinityalbi10 for this artwork.
