Liliana sat besides her ladies as her carriage drew near to the French castle , nerves began to set in and cloud her mind.
Lilianas had traveled with nobody her except her ladies ,Eliza ,Kalina, Nina ,and Amelia.
The captain of the Polish army called for the ladies to prepare for arrivals
A French royal court awaited them when they arrived at the castle. A tall handsome man with brown hair and blue eyes stood there a smile graced his face"your majesty welcome to France"he bowed but Liliana barely understood anything.
Kalina was her only lady who spoke both French and English."Twoja Królewska Mość Witam was we Francji(your majesty I welcome you to France)Kalina transferred his words to Polish.
"T-thank y-you I-I'm very pleased t-to be in France"Liliana stumbles out in the best English she could.
The man smiled "my name is Sebastian but please your grace call me Bash"Liliana smiled and nodded.
The girls stepped onto the castle grounds , their trunks were unloaded and we're carried into the castle.

Charles walked down the hallway of the castle,he seemed quite annoyed as he found out he would be marrying the young princess of Poland.
A scowl crossed his face , he had never even met this girl and had only ever seen a portrait of her and he wasnt very pleased.
"Charles"he knew that it was his mother calling him "yes mother"bitterness present in his voice,"I know that you don't wanna marry her,but you need a wife of royal blood not noble blood"Catherine explained to her son.

"I'm the king ,mother,i should be allowed to choose who i wed "Charles growled in anger , Catherine looked at her son and sighed"it was in your fathers will before he died"Catherine explained just as a servant walked to Charles and Catherine.
She curtsied and said "your majesty , the princess has arrived".

Liliana looked around the beautiful castle grounds her nerves began to resurface in the pit of her stomach.
A group of people began to appear . Liliana latched onto Kalinas hand in fear and worry.

"Her majesty queen Catherine"Sebastian announced Nina joined Liliana at the front "her majesty Queen Mary of Scots"Amelia and the ladies curtsied after King Charles was announced.
Liliana pulled the hood of her cloak over her head to hide her face fearing he wouldn't be pleased.
Nobody spoke and Liliana held onto Kalinas hand tighter,Prince Henri looked at Liliana and he smiled walking toward the young princess.
"Hello princess , it a pleasure to be in the presence of such a beautiful princess"he said flattering the young princess.
Charles growled walking towards his brother and his "fiancée",before he reached them Liliana let go of her friends hand and pulled her hood down to reveal her platinum blonde hair and her hazel eyes.

Charles was in ah at the way she looked but she would never be as beautiful as his lover ,Nicole.
Henri extended his hand to her and she took it without hesitation,Henri led her over to his older brother Charles who extended his hand to her she slowly took it.
Charles glared at his brother and held tightly onto her hand leading her in to castle.
She felt welcome but at the same time scared.
