How bout this?? How about we pray for all the law enforcement agents, all the police officers, all the correctional officers, pray for the fire fighters, the investigators, as a matter of fact, just pray for everybody in general.
Pray for your neighbor, your kids school teacher, pray for the guy that shook his fist at you in traffic this morning- he obviously had something going on in his life.
Be a caring person.
When you make eye contact with a person, smile. Don't just stare. A lot of people take that as a threat or challenge. When you smile, it really makes the other person happy. And remember this "it's better to be the one that smiled than the one who didn't"
It happens to me all the time. I'll smile at someone and they just mean mug you and you're like "wow they look ugly" but then you're like "you know what, I gotta be the bigger person, I'll just pray for them" so then you do. And you just be as nice as possible!:) I was raised to smile at everybody, always say hello, ask how they are, even if you don't know them. You're in the same aisle at the grocery store? Say hello, smile, wish them a good afternoon.
