As soon as I blow out the candles, a gorgeous butterfly made of blue and pink diamonds appears before me. I gasp. Eva glares at her mother and speaks with a serious tone in her voice "Mom you can't do that! It's considered cheating!". "She got her wish though." Violet says with a laugh.
Emma blew out her candles. A quiet meowing noise comes from underneath the table. Emma immediately looked underneath the table and gasped. She crawled under the table then crawled out. When she crawled out she was holding something in her hands. I looked to see what it was and it was a little black kitten! Tears began to form in my sisters eyes. Emma then gave the little kitten a nice, sweet, warm hug.
"His name is going to be Kjekk!" Emma squeals. Everyone gives Emma a concerned look. "Do you even know what Kjekk means?" William asks. Emma shakes her head. "Kjekk means-" Murray began but was interrupted by Ganske. "Kjekk, in Norwegian means 'handsome', I'm surprised you don't know what it means, Emma." Ganske says emotionlessly. "Why?" Emma asks tilting her head slightly. "Because Evangeline calls Murray 'Kjekk' all the time, especially in private." Ganske replies.
Evangeline and Murray's face turn a bright ruby red colour. "Er, this party is about Emily and Emma, not me and Murray." Eva says with a nervous laugh. Murray nods in agreement. Ganske shrugs. "Sorry, but it's true, and you're right, today IS about EMILY and EMMA.". We all agree. Me and Emma smile at Violet at say "thank you". She smiles back and says "no problem, kiddos.". The puppet then squeaks a bit louder than intended. "Alrighty, after eating cake, it's time for presents!!!"
