I frowned as I saw him staring into nowhere. Where did the hype Brian go? I walked closer to him and waved a hand infront of his face.

"Hello? Earth to Brian? Brian to Earth?"

He should have scolded me right now and insist to call him by his nickname, but he just remained unbothered and continued staring, well, now on me. I tilted my head and noticed that his eyes are puffy. Did he..did he cry?

"Hey? Are you okay? Younghyun."

As soon as I hug him, I heard his sobs and wet liquid suddenly dripped onto my shoulder. I frowned, what happened really that made that loud guy from before turn into this?

"Yah."

"S-She...She l-left me Selena. Y-Yoona... she left me."

What? Wow. How dare her?!

I pulled back from the hug and stared at his face that he covered with his hands.

"She s-said that she didn't really love me. That I was nothing to her. We were nothing but flings. I t-thought we were something else! Something more than that! But still, I'm the one to blame. In the first place, she haven't said anything related to love and relationship. I assumed." I just let him speak his thoughts, letting him ramble about everything. I placed my hands on top of his, moving it away. Now I can fully see his tear-stained cheeks. I smiled sadly and wiped it clean.

I stared at his closed eyes. I can't help but empathize with him. I feel the same, maybe not the same situation, but we share that same one-sided love. Him, with Yoona. Me, with him.

Yes. I love Younghyun, my best friend. And it hurts me seeing him like this. Because I know I cant do anything, because I know only she could fix him.

"Its going to be okay." It hurts because I can only say this one sentence that he founds useless.
