Cecily Swan was born and then thrown right into a bad situation. Her mother, Hope, died October 26th, the day Cecily was born. Her father was an abusive alcoholic called Owen. So when Cecily was born, her aunt Renee took her in immediately because her father left the hospital plastered.
Her uncle, Charlie, was her best friend. Her closest companion. Honestly, she preferred Charlie to her aunt. She loved her aunt, but she was very worried all of the time. She was suffocating. But when Charlie and Renee divorced, Cecily went with Renee. Not by choice, but by good hearted nature. Renee originally took her in, and she owed it to Renee to go with her.
But now, her and her cousin/best friend Bella were returning to Forks, Washington to live after years.
This would be good. Right?
