Chapter 8:Petty Fight

Giovanni's POV

I arrived at the jewellery store at around 3:50, waiting for Elena. Why is she taking so long? She must know that I am very impatient

It was 4:10 when she arrived "I'm sorry for being fashionably late I was caught up" she said "Oh and I'm sorry for wasting 20 minutes of my life waiting for someone who would rather be somewhere else" I said sarcastically

She just rolled her eyes "O-kay let's go pick my ring" she said excitedly

"Wouldn't you rather prefer being with your family " I asked very annoyed

" What's wrong with you? We agreed to meet at 4:00 and I'm only ten minutes late" she said

I could sense she was getting annoyed, but that's just me, punctuality is what a person must be experienced in

"Well you know what I've got other people who appreciate my punctuality and presence other than you. So I'll be home late don't stay up" I told her

"Oh wow we haven't even gotten married and now you got hoes or should I say bitches and girlfriends to check up on unbelievable " she said

Elena's POV

I left the store in a pretty passed off mood and went to our house, why would he hurt me like that? I now know, marriage is hard work

I already moved in his room, so I just took a shower and went to sleep with a broken hurt

I woke up at 8:30AM, I just brushed my teeth and worked out with my personal trainer

Giovanni's POV

Elena missed dinner and breakfast, did I really hurt her that bad? Damn it I'm just a cold-hearted bastard, I need to talk to her

I looked for until I found her " Hi Elena" I said, she just looked at me and sighed "Hey" She said

"I'm sorry about yesterday, it's just that I was ver-"

"You know that I'm not one of your sluts so no need to explain yourself" she said " And I forgive you" she added

I hugged her and she hugged me back
She just doesn't understand, but I won't force her as long as she forgave me

Elena's POV

"I've been meaning to ask you " I said to Giovanni while we were cuddling in bed

" Yeah? " He asked

" So when I visited my parents, my little sister said she found a school somewhere around this town, so she asked to move in with us" I told him while drawing circles on his bare chest with my finger

"Sure as long as she doesn't meddle in our business, I'm glad" He said
