It's beautiful out. You could hear the birds singing their little songs and how the warmth creeping through the window burn your skin comfortably. Making your whole body warm and cozy.

Colby was making dinner in the kitchen. It smelled like bacon and eggs. It got me really happy taking those steps downstairs. You could clearly hear him hum, as he turned on the eggs. My eyes fell flat on him, and he looked extra adorable in our blue XPLR-merchandise hoodie.
I smile softly and stretch as my feet makes it into the kitchen, where the sun shining through every window and gently placing itself on the counters. Warming up the marbled surface.

"Good morning blondie" he utters warmly, smiling.
"Good morning brownie" I utter back, smiling even wider.

The comfortable sounds of the bacon sizzling on the pan and the smell of freshly made omelets filled my ears and nose completely. It calmed me down after such a heavy nights sleep.

"Slept well?" The beautiful brunette asked.
I look up from the marbled surface and pleasantly met with his ocean blue eyes.

The kinds I could get lost in so easily, and loose myself completely.

"Kinda" I lazily replied, chuckling softly afterwards. Colby smiles and gives me a small nod as he then turns around to put the stove off. It seemed like the breakfast was done. He reaches up to grab two plates and two glasses. Putting one glass and one plate down in front of me. Then doing the same but in front of him himself.

I decided to stand up and help him put the bacon and omelets out onto the table. Once everything was done and prepared, I sat down - and Colby sat down right across from me.
He flashes me a content smile, and I flash him a content smile right back. I grabbed my fork and knife, and starts cutting into the bacon and eggs. Colby was insanely good at making the bacon just right, and the flavor never left the tongue.

"Sam, I wanted to ask you something" Colby suddenly asked.
I look up from my plate to look at Colby. Swallowing the food in my mouth in order to reply to him.
"You can ask me anything, any day - Colby" I informed gently. He smiled appreciatively at me.

"Do you have a busy schedule today?" He asked. He's probably referring to YouTube video recording and editing - all of those stuff you have to do in order to fit in on YouTube. Ya know.
"No, not that I can think of. I think today is my day off—"

Suddenly, Colby smiled widely at me and stood up. He runs over to my side of the counter and I'm starting to panic slightly, not used to have handsome people run towards me like this. I quickly swallow the food, as Colby suddenly grabs my waist and lifts me up.

"Whoa- Colby!" I yelled. Confused to what he was doing. I could hear how Colby chuckled underneath my shoulder as he was clearly carrying me somewhere. Suddenly, I could feel breeze hitting my body and I immediately figured he had carried me outside. I was too busy struggling to really look around the place.

And then, faster than I'd ever imagine - I was in the pool.
Swimming to the surface.

As I reached the surface, Colby stood by the edge of it and looked down at me warmly.
"Why the hell did you—"
"I wanted to shock you before I shock you even more by asking you if you'd like to go on a date with me, Sam Golbach" Colby interrupted. My anger and upset mood drastically faded, and I just stared at him in disbelief. He laughed softly at me, and bended down so he was closer to me. That's when I decide to smile widely, tricking him into a false sense of security and then snatches the sleeve of his shirt, pulling him into the pool too.

"Ha! How does it feel? Silly" I say playfully. Colby looks at me and pouts softly. I smile at him and decided to tackle him - with a cold hug due to the water.
