Dear Rachel,
You've taught me there is never a "perfect time". I spent so long not understating my own feelings, when I finally realized I grew unsure. Should I tell her I like her? Will she take it well? These thoughts plagued me. Eventually I came to terms with myself. That's when I heard from you, "I'm moving." By now my crush had been long gone. Young admiration had turned into mature appreciation. Still, I messaged you goodbye. But not before I "confessed". You were surprised but not shocked. Then, you left. Thank you for receiving me. Thank you for being yourself.
Many prayers,
Your Crush

Before writing this I had messaged her and it felt embarrassing at the time, but she responded extremely sweetly and maturely. Thank you for reading!
