Chapter 12

James went and sat down on the couch nearest the window.

"What's wrong with you and Connor?" he ask softly.

"He thinks the wedding isn't a 'big thing' and he just wouldn't sit down and discuss the wedding with me and I feel like he actually doesn't want to get married anymore" I say with tears starting to come out my eyes.

James comes and sits next to me as he puts his arm around me and pulls me in to cry.

"Sh it's alright" he whispers.

"You do know that we have got a lot of work though Connor isn't just saying it?" he asks.

"I thought he just wanted to get away from me." I whisper.

"Nope"

"So why aren't you with them today?" I ask.

"I just need one day of" he says as I look up to him.

"So what are you doing today?" he asks.

"I'm getting my wedding dress later remember?! Everyone is coming."

"Oh yea, when do you need to go?"

"I've still got an hour so around about then-" I say as he cuts me of by placing his lips on mine.

He starts to deepen it as I pull away.

I sit there shocked not knowing what to say at all.

"Heidi I'm so sorry I don't know what came over me" he says looking dreadfully sorry but I know that he likes me.

"James it's fine but seriously you need a girl."

Soon after James leaves to go get ready for going out leaving me still sitting there wondering what to do.
