Tony's POV:

From the moment I saw her, I got this strange sense of familiarity. I don't know what it is about this Percy chick but I need to figure it out.

"Jarvis! Dig up everything you can on the name Persephone Jackson."

"Of course sir."

"Can you also let her know to  come down for dinner?" I asked.

"Right away sir." Jarvis responded before fading away.

As I reached the dining room, I immediately noticed that the others were already there. Multiple pairs of eyes looks at me expectantly as I sat down. Finally, Thor broke the silence.

"Man of Iron, did you lose Lady Persephone already?"

"Wha-no!!!" I sputtered, offended. With impeccable timing, my AI's voice rang from the walls.

"Ms. Jackson would like me to inform you that she will be down in a few minutes."

"SEE! I DIDN'T LOSE HER!!" I shouted triumphantly before I could stop myself.

"Damn it." Clint muttered quietly as he handed Nat a ten dollar bill.

"You didn't lose who?" Piped up a new voice from the doorway. There stood a curious looking Percy.

"Nobody. Never mind." I said quickly before anybody else could respond. She sat down at the table and started to load food onto her plate as the rest of us did the same.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! What's with the lighter?!" Clint screamed all of a sudden. The whole table turned to stare at a sheepish looking Percy.

"Dude! That's my table you're trying to set on fire!" I shouted in disbelief. Percy's expression turned into one of confusion.

"Coulson did tell you about me right?" She asked carefully.

"He told us that your dad was some Ancient Greek God but that's pretty much it."

"So...the Greek Gods are real and living in Olympus, which also happens to be on top of the Empire State Building. My father is Poseidon, god of the seas and one of the Big Three. All demigods give off a certain smell that attracts monsters. The more powerful your parent is, the stronger your smell, and the more danger you're in. Your parent also determines what powers or special abilities  you possess. At every meal, we burn a portion of our food to sacrifice to our parents. They like the smell" she explained. Clint made a weird face at that.

"So let me get this straight, basically, you have weird powers, are constantly in danger, and have serious family issues?" I clarified.

"Pretty much" she shrugged.

"Well welcome to the family kid."

"I don't think I've ever seen anybody grin as wide as Percy did."

That night, we all went to bed with smiles on our faces, even Natasha (but don't tell her I said that).

How did you guys like the chapter? Sorry for not posting for a while. I had to start carrying Epipens and school has been hectic. What was your favorite part about the chapter? Also, should I do a face reveal? I hope you enjoyed the update!
