*Taylor's POV*

"Say what you wanna say! And let the words fall out..."

I groaned and rolled over. Who in their right mind would call me at, I checked my clock, 11 in the morning? After the boys left, Selena and I stayed up talking. She didn't leave until 3 am, and I didn't sleep until four. I grabbed my iPhone and checked the caller ID. I didn't know the number. Usually, I didn't answer to numbers I didn't know but if they were calling this early, it had better be important.

"Hello?"

"Taylor?"

"Jake?"

"Yes." I regretted answering now.

"Do you need something?"

"Yes. Can you meet me at the park?"

I thought about what could happen and all the reasons I shouldn't go. But I agreed anyways.

"Whatever, just give me 30 minutes."

I hung up and went to get ready. I wonder what he wanted to talk to me about. I'm sure Harry wouldn't mind. I hope Harry wouldn't mind. I sent him a quick text: "gonna meet Jake at the park soon. "

I set my phone down and went to take a shower. I heard my phone chime. "I'll check later." I said to myself. I brushed my teeth and put my hair in a ponytail. I picked out a white V-neck tee and slipped on my favorite pair of dark jeans and my white converse.

"Alright, I look presentable." I said to my reflection. "Oh wait, I almost forgot."

I pulled out my tube of red lipstick and put some on. Red lips were kinda my thing.

"Mere, I'll be back. Don't tear anything."

I grabbed my shades, iPhone, and my keys and walked out the door. I considered taking my car but decided against it. So I put my shades on and started walking. The sun was high up and it was extremely hot. It was still a beautiful day though. I noticed a car slow down next to me.

"Hey baby. Need a ride?"

There was a man in like his 40's behind the wheel.

"No, what the fuck. I'm not 12."

"That doesn't mean you don't need a ride."

"Get a life."

After a while, the park came into view. There were kids on the swings with their mothers pushing them. "Higher!" They screamed. I smiled to myself.

"Taylor!" I looked over to see Jake under a shaded area. He was flailing his arms around, trying like crazy to get my attention. I made my way to him.

"Hi."

"Hey."

Silence.

"So thanks for coming."

"No biggie."

I sat down. He followed suit and sat across from me.

"How are you?"

"Fine. You?"

"Excellent."

"That's great."

"Hows your boyfriend?"

"Hows your stomach?" I countered.

"Look, Taylor, I'm not here to fight."

"What did you call me here for?"

"I need to tell you something."

"I figured."

He sighed. "Can you please take your sunglasses off? They're making me uncomfortable."
