Tray stays in the car and sit in the driver's seat. I walk up to the house and knock and as soon as I did Jordan comes in a panic.
"Ugh, Thank you so much! She's upstairs." He says going back to Myona. I walk past her and him. She's sprawled our on the couch and streams of blood are gushing out of her leg. Jordan looks back at me.
"Go!" He says. I run up the stairs into each room looking for Kyla.
"Hey babygirl!" I say sighing of relief.
"Mommy got hurt." She says crying.
"I know and Daddy's gonna make her better, ok?" I say. She nods.
"So I'm gonna have to take you home with me." I say and she nods again, I grab her hand and walk towards the door. I pick her up and hold her head to my shoulder blocking her eyes from her mom as we rush past.
I quickly get her in the car and strap her in as I close the door and get in. I look back at her frightened face.
"Your mommy's gonna be just fine." I say as Tray pulls off.
The car ride calms down as we continue.
"Oh we're gonna have to stop by Jordan's house." I say.
"Why?" He asks.
"For her stuff, obviously." I say sarcastically.
"Aye yo, can you walk?" He asks.
"Yea." I say confused.
"Good. Let's keep it that way." He says smirking.
"Airi?" Kyla says. I turn back to look at her.
"Yes, baby?" I say.
"I'm hungry." She says pouting.
"Ok, Tray's gonna get you some food." I say and Tray looks at me like I'm crazy.
"What? You can't say no to a face like that. Can you?" I say. He sighs and says ok.
We finally got home at around 7 o'clock. We haven't heard anything from Jordan or Myona. Kyla's sleeping in the back holding a bear she found at her father's house.
"Tray, can you get the bags?" I ask picking her up.
"Yeah, yeah. All I know is I better be getting some for all these favors." He mumbles under his breath.
"Thanks Tray!" I say opening the door to the apartment.
