I scrunch up the paper and threw it on the bin. The Phantom Thief was unknown to the press and the BPD. Many evidences found was mostly traced back to a stranger who were not the Phantom Thief although they did their own schemes but was tangled with the Phantom at the same time.

The day that my grandfather and my cousin; Alicia were on that very Museum.A shoot-out happened with them being caught in the middle. I was suppose to meet them up but my job and the human traffic in the Centre Nesbit slowed me down. Arriving,I found those counted with the dead were in body bags and two of them belonged with them.

The BPD caught a mafia member name: Kaubert as the suspect but was only confirmed to be responsible by the blackout and dummy for the Phantom Thief and was killed the next day.

Before that, Alicia got a new job; her first , in the museum and my grandfather accompanied her. I remember she was very excited by this and promised us that her first salary will be spend on our food. Ironic, that the money was spend on us for their funerals. The Phantom Thief achieved the Book of Vondoquis and the letter found by the BPD on the dead Kaubert was a letter containing it's success and the dead as it's stepping stone for greatness.

I cleared up my mind from that flashback and slapped my cheeks. Should I tell this to William? Is it safe? I don't want to suspect though but it's possible that he might be or the woman who gave us the keys...I decided to keep this information to myself. The letter did say there were a select few who knows about this.

But that might be a complacent lie. Well enough for now but I believe I should go to William on the upper deck.

I remembered that I still had the white cloth and proceeded to throw it on the bin and grab my key to lock my room. I follow to the opposite end of where we pass arrived to the flights of stairs going on both directions. I headed upstairs without a moment spared.

I can see the opening that might be the Deck however just before that area there was another room full of people in it. The merry music made by the musicians and servings brought out by the waiters and waitresses to their guests with open smiles. There was a telephone line attached to the wall in one section of the hall. Maybe I should go report my entrance in the Cheviot to my boss.

I went to one of the telephone lines and dial in the number by turning the wheel on the designated number. I wait for the beep to end and was greeted by that familiar scruffy voice.

"Aaah, James! You finally arrive in the Cheviot!!...It is you right?"

"Yes boss. I have arrived inside..Quite the place here."

"Haha, Of course. Remember your mission alright?"

"Yes boss"

"Good. Also if you meet the captain of the vessel say hi for me."

"O..k, What's the name of the captain boss?"

"Well her name is Margaret Nelson; a colleague of mine."

"Very well sir."

"Also, I heard there are many popular people there so why don't you interview them also?"

"Got it."

And just like that I ended the call. The boss ain't much of a talker but at least he gets straight to the point unlike some other journalist there.

Popular people? I'm not sure if I'll ever meet them. But now that I'm done with that, it's time for me to meet William again.I placed the telephone back and went to the upper deck.

Arriving there, some people were talking and watching the vast blue oceans and seagulls. I should be careful one of those seagulls might defecate themselves and land on me. I hate to be that guy. Trying to find William,I met up with a uninterested looking man with shaggy hair who seems to not have slept for days.
