SPLUTTERS AND coughs of the cars' engine filled the atmosphere as Walter pulled into the empty car park of a run down motel. Annabelle unsuccessfully attempted to hide her grimaces as she examined the old building, the once cream paint on the walls had become tainted with dirt, and she wasn't sure whether the odd shades of red on the doors were because of a dodgy paint job or other events, ones that only heightened the amount of unsafety she was currently feeling.

"You ok to stay here?" Walter asked, obviously taking note of her uneasy state as he shivered and pulled his hooded jacket tighter around himself.

She repainted her strong exterior and forced a smirk onto her face. "I've stayed in worse."
