Woosung was born in a poor family. He really wanted to help out his parents but all he had was music. Kids in school ignored him back in the days, but he had few friends which he has even today. They made a band since music brought them together, they were playing instruments and loved to sing. Simply said, music was their only true love. They got an idea of performing in public so that way they can show people how talented they were, but at the same time, they can get a little money from what they're doing. They gave the band a name 'The Rose'. You could find them playing at the subway, drawing the attention of many people who were passing there.
You, on the other hand, worked in a small flower shop. Living alone in Seoul is not easy so you had just enough money to survive. Every morning you would go to the subway, waiting for a train to your work. It became a routine to listen to the boys there and leaving them 1.000₩ before disappearing in a train. When you were coming back home, taking that same train they wouldn't be there, since it's already late.
To be honest, you admired one guy from that group a lot, but you were too shy to talk to him or ask him for his name or anything that you can contact him. But little did you know that he felt the same way. He thought that you're going to see him as a random weird guy from a subway.
One day, when you were waiting for a train, listening to them and looking at the guy who was singing and playing his guitar, he made eye contact with you and smiled. You blushed and turned around, hiding your face in your hand, trying to act "all natural". As more time passed, a woman voice spoke from the speakers.
"The train is going to be late because of the problems on the railroad. Please stay patient until the train arrives."
You sighed frustrated because you are going to be late for work. You thought about talking to the guy from the band since you'll have lots of time, and besides that, they are taking a break right now. You stood straight, took a deep breath and approached him, your palms sweating.
"U-Um hi. I just wanted to tell you that you guys are really good and I really like your m-music"
Blushing slightly because you stuttered, you tried to hide red color on the cheeks by moving hair closer to the face and looking down at your feet.
"Thank you" - He smiled looking down. He played with his fingers, looking like a nervous wreck.
"I'm Woosung, but you can call me Sammy"
"(Y/N)"
And that's how everything started...
5 years had passed from that day. You were at the subway, waiting for a train. You were looking at the spot where boys would always perform, but now that spot was empty. You smiled to yourself, remembering how you met him there, and how you would steal glances at him, secretly crushing. Train arrived. The train that won't take you to the flower shop you worked at. No, this train is taking you to the big arena this time. You arrived there at 7 pm, walking backstage to meet 4 boys.
"Woosung " - You called out for your boyfriend who was getting ready for a concert.
"Ah (Y/N) you're here" - Big smile appeared on his face. He came up to you and left a loving kiss on your lips. You smiled at him and greeted other boys.
"It's time for you to go there. Are you nervous?" - You were gently drawing circles on his face as he was hugging your waist.
"Not really. It may be my first concert but I have you to support me so it's much easier."
You chuckled, kissing him on the cheek. - "I love you so much, you know that"
"I know, I love you too." - and with that, he left on the stage with boys, finally finding his peace in music, being an artist.
