Larry gives himself the responsibility of their travel plans. He knows there's Eleni who usually handles that stuff, but he's asked her to politely stay away while he and Laurent work through this. In the meantime, Les Twins events are on hiatus, and he's gonna have to take on a lot more tasks and responsibilities.

They have a house ready for them, thanks to Larry, and transportation to said house, also thanks to Larry, the day Laurent is released from the hospital. A nurse delivers the wheelchair, briefly asking if they'll need assistance, before leaving and attending to other patients. Although Laurent is slightly embarrassed and insists he can do it himself, Larry sees the trepidation and anxiety in his eyes as he sits on the edge of the bed, dressed in Larry's clothes, staring at the wheelchair. So Larry doesn't hesitate to pick him up bridal-style and place him gently in the chair with a quick, affirming whisper of "we'll practice how to get in there by youself later."

Laurent hardly smiles at that, letting his twin wheel him out of the room and ultimately out of the hospital.

Laurent assumes they'll be traveling by taxi, and further assumes it just hasn't arrived yet when he fails to see one waiting on the curb outside the front entrance. He feels an ounce of anxiousness rise in him when he sees only one car, but it dissipates when he fails to see anyone in it.

His anxiety is replaced with confusion when Larry keeps pushing him toward the isolated car.

That's....not a taxi, though.

Laurent turns his head to look up at his brother, confusion evident in his expression, and it only intensifies when he sees the smug look on Larry's face.

"Larry?" Laurent inquires as they approach the car. Larry doesn't respond until they're stopped right next to it, then turns to his brother with a wide, animated smile.

"You like it?"

Laurent eyes him with intense confusion, looking from the car, to his brother, to the car, and back to his brother.

"This not us car, Larry."

"Oh yes it is." Laurent just stares at him. Larry bites his lip.

"So....you like it?"

"You not serious."

"I am. This us new car."

"It's a Range Rover, Larry!"

"Yeah!" Larry exclaims, not seeing the issue at all.

"A Range Rover!"

"Yes, I know, I buy it." Laurent maintains the incredulous look.

"Us don't need a Range Rover, Larry!"

"Well, us need a car!"

"But a Range Rover?"

"...Yes."

"Really, us need a Range Rover."

"Well, why no?"

"You bought a whole ass Range Rover for this!" Laurent repeats in disbelief.

"We don't know how long we'll be staying here!" Larry defends.

"Exactly, Larry! This expensive! How much this cost?"

"It don't matter."

"It does matter! We not working anymore, we can't be spending money like this!"

"We have more than enough, Laurent, don't worry about it." Larry's voice quickly turns soft, realizing the underlying concern his brother has. Laurent just sighs in defeat and brings a hand up to rub at his temples, then looks back at the car.
