Jungkook POV
Finding her was hard. The perfect person.
Girl.
Lover.
Her perfume was a light floral scent. Staying where ever she has been for the longest time. That's how I knew it was her. She always sat in the high chair beside the second window of the local coffee shop. Of course I only saw her once or twice. But the scent lingered.
When ever we happen to be in the shop at the same time, I would draw out my camera and sneak a picture...or seven. She looks good at every angle. Any action. Eating a muffin. Drinking from her white mug that held her happiness. Or even a simple writing of an email.
I started to come to the shop every day. With in the first two weeks, I deciphered her schedule. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, she comes in at two o'clock and leaves two hours later. Tuesdays, and Thursdays, she comes in at four o'clock. She doesn't come in on the weekends.
Everyday I sit a little bit closer. Sometimes at different areas to make sure I get every angle of her. She doesn't notice me. I know that for sure. For some reason, it makes me angry. Pissed off. My persona fills the room! Everybody turns head when they walk by.
She is the only one who doesn't even sneaks a peek! But I keep my true feelings away in a dark place of my mind. If I don't, I might become obsessed with my erratic ideas. Or should I say, erotic ideas.
I find my self drawing in my sketch book of her in a stereotypical school outfit. A dark shaded short skirt showed off her long graphite legs. Knee high socks hugged her calves as she was frozen in an action of kicking off her last shoe. Her jacket was halfway off of her ruffled blouse that was slightly unbuttoned, showing off a sliver of her bra.
In another sketch, I drew her lying in blankets, tangled in the sheets of my bed. I covered her delicate parts, only showing parts of her limbs. The next few pages consists of the same thing. Her sitting in bed, hunched over, rubbing her tired eyes. Her legs straddling mine, only in her underware.
The last one was us together. She was wearing my shirt and laying on my bare chest with closed eyes and messy hair. My arms were wrapped around her body, holding her close to me.
Ting.
The bell sounds and I look up. It was her. What's crazy is: I figure out her coffee schedule but I don't know her name, hobbies, what she is studying in college. I plan to figure it out.
"One large caramel macchiato, please." Her soft voice fills my ears. I bite my lip lightly. Today is the day I go up to her.
She sits down with her coffee. I wait a few minutes before going up to her.
"Could I take your picture?" I ask her.
She looks up at me.
"Why?" She asks with an awkward smile.
"I'm doing a project for my college course. I need to take pictures of unexpected beauty." I shrug subtly.
She perks her eyebrows up, a little offended. "Unexpected beauty?"
"Yeah. Most people can't see the prettiness of someone who's always reading a book. The book covers are always hiding their face." I give a soft chuckle. "And you're not going to go up to someone and ask if you can see their face."
She blush slightly. "I guess you can take my picture."
I takes several pictures. Finally up close pictures.
"Jeon Jungkook." I introduce myself
"Han (y/n)."
"You have a beautiful name." I wink. (y/n) blushes a bit more.
"Thanks." (y/n) takes a sip of her coffee. "Are you almost done with your project?"
"Um, can I sit here?" She nods and I sit in frount of her. "Yeah-actually I'm done thanks to you."
"That's good." She sets her book aside. I hide my surprise. If someone reading a book sets their book aside, you better keep them entertained.
"Do you go to college?" I ask her.
"Yeah. I go to Seoul University. Which college do you go to?" I catch a whiff of her perfume when moves a bit of her hair aside.
"I go to Busan University. I'm here visiting my family. Might as well finish homework."
(y/n) giggles lightly. "Yeah."
"So what are you studying in college?"
"I'm planning to be a doctor." (y/n) shrugs nonchalantly, a proud smile tugging on her lips. "Family tradition."
"Family tradition?" I tried getting (y/n) to talk more about herself.
"Yeah. When my great-grand mother died because her doctor refused to treat her. My great-grandfather became a doctor to make sure none of his close ones died. He taught his children at a very young age so when they were older they were able to understand everything a bit easier. The tradition just passed on. My grandfather and mother taught my brothers and I."
"Are you almost done with schooling?"
"I just have a few more years. What do you want to be? A photographer?"
"Yeah!" I chuckle a bit. "I'm almost done with schooling too. Enough about school! Any hobbies?"
"I like to write." (y/n) shrugs. "And paint."
"Well, I like to take pictures." I take a few quick pictures of her looking shocked with those big doe eyes and quickly getting pink. "And draw."
"Well maybe I can paint a portrait of you and you can draw me." (y/n) says with such innocence. Darling, I already drew several pictures of you.
"Do you want my phone number, then?" I smirk playfully.
She nods with a happy chirp of an agreement.
After exchanging numbers, we chatted among various things. I truly got to know her. She was perfect.
She was the one.
